The issue I have with our green credentials is the issue I had from the start, any other miner could do what we've done. We have signed up to some accords and agreements and retrospectively bought ourselves green.

Literally ANY of the miners can do this, they can buy the equivilant of carbon offsets and claim they are green, it what we did remember for the priors years worth of 'dirty' coin.

It's not a USP in any meaningful way and if there was a compelling reason the other miners could do it in days/weeks so I don't see it as anything to get excited about.

To me it means that there are a lot of cyrptos which are scams, ponzi, pointless and all together worthless in any viable way.

It's why thier have been thousands of failed cyrptos, alot of which made the launcher sime good money.

Doge was designed as a joke with its 10,000 per min blockchain reward.

Theres about 130 billion doge in issue which grows by about 15 million per day and it serves no purpose...

Buy it as you see fit though, you might make some money off it if you can find the greater fool.

As for EM he probably likes it because he doesnt care about money and likes its ridiculousness as he finds it funny, which is just how it was meant to be.

BTC and ETH dropping a bit a bit as folks sell a bit to move into DOGE

Doge is the ultimate waste of space coin and the creator would agree, it was meant as a joke and still is, it should have zero worth. Its the show piece ****coin

I can't believe all those paper hands sold out instead of just taking a 9% loss in share price.

Nice one, I liked reading that. I've done a similar calc in the past but just couldn't get there but I was being a little more cobservetive and also factoring more shares into the mix to pay for increased hashrate.

The reason I really like that sort of post is that it gives me food for thought and shows it in a differnt light based on something plausible.

Do you have any figures to show how you'd get to a £5 valuation, do you know what hashrate we would need to be valued at £5? Do you know how we could get that hashrate. If not that then how much wi we be bringing in from the other projects.

What I'm trying to get at is do you have any thought process behind a nice round £5 valuation or is it a nice to have figure that you just kinda want?

The income from this will pay for the rent etc for the facility and essentially allow us to mine bitcoin/alt for free.
This in turn allows us to be self sufficient without further raises and IF/ when bitcoin becomes too costly to mine we use the power for transactions instead of miming. As we aren't going to out compute the big guns so we have to be more savy. And rely on our low cost of production to be more adaptable than the others.

I think some of that may well be right especially renting space and covering operational costs.

I can't see us selling our hodl though, just wouldn't make sense before the next halving. If we sold all 2000 btc we would get enough to by 1mw of machines which just doesn't really scratch the sides.

If it was me I would create some noise and get the share price to £3 then hit shareholders with a 100 mil share dilution raising around 300 million quid. It would set the share price back around 20% so drop it on paper to £2.40

We would then have easily enough for a full 200mw operational facility along with around 60 million to play with for another project.

So for me, fair value at 1.7eh is £2.30.
Hype it up with general promotional noise to £3
Issue 100 million shares at £3 (probably a bit less but its for illustration)
Get mining capacity to 200mw
Look for other projects with spare cash.

I wouldn't try to predict the shareprice in 3 years time, the prediction would be worthless.

It was a genuine question though, what makes people, yourself included, think that the shareprice will get to £5 or £10 (in itself a massive difference BTW).

I can get to about £2.30 through calcs I've posted more than once, the brokers can get to about 2.20 - £2.50.

So I just wonder how others get to £5 or £10 or is it literally a nice to have number rather than an actual thought through value?

Im genuinely interested in why people think this might be up to £10 by the end of 2022, other than BTC going to £250k or whatever the latest figure is I just don't see how we get there with what's known at the moment.

I understand if we kitted out with a few hundred mw of rigs but they need paying for so I just don't see how people can put such a high value on it.

My guess is a placing rns to raise some capital to buy some rigs. If it is I hope it works out OK for the current holders and they're not obliterated because they really do have faith in the magic of crypto stig.

I don't know how it even covers the cost of a LSE listed company without a share issue.

Just curious on thoughts about BTC price, most seem fixated with an ever increasing price all the way to a million and beyond, but is that a good thing for BTC or miners?

Let's say the price was 20k

That would make all the outdated mining equipment that has been dusted off non profitable which would then lead to a drop in global difficulty.

When BTC gets to a million quid old equipment can still be used and be profitable via pools as even the tiny tiny a amount of btc that's generated is worth more than the electric.

So really btc at 10k would knock out a lot of ineffecint miners and reduce the difficulty.

I see it when mining ETH when the price is in the doldrums the difficulty drops and I mine alot more albeit at a lower price, when the price increases so does the difficulty as the older gpus can get a profit so I earn about the same regardless of the price.

I think the next rns will be a capital raise for them to pay for a cloud mining contract haha.

Qbt is a penny share with an anonymous crypto stig.

It will do what penny shares do.. Spike up then crash. The posters there have even more 'faith' than here with beliefs it will go to £1 even though there is already nearly a billion shares in issue.

Qbt compares itself to Argo but its just not the same, even if they switched business models again (the were a failed real estate company) and get into mining they would need masses of capital.

Just a bunch of PIs looking for something in the pennies to do with btc in some way I reckon.

I'm seeing it alot with any collection, all the DC stuff goes way before I can buy any of it, you can then find it in the secondary market sometimes cheaper.

People are just buying job lots and selling on, the issuers love it because of the ongoing 'new holder' fee that's built alot of the nft smart contracts. It in itself is a bit crazy and defies logic but it's the difference between owning a print of the mona Lisa and the actual mona Lisa.

Thebproblem with statements like that it then undermines other things you post. You post that I'm a deramper as fact which just makes you wrong.

We actually do not need any derampers here, the share price is at where its at and its not because of a couple of 'negative' posts on a message board.

As I have said in the past, if I had to ability to change the direction of a share price with a few posts I would quit my job and make it my full time work, I would then ramp the hell out of this and many other shares.

Reality is that my posts make zero difference on the shareprice, if it did I would sell out immediately because it would mean that the bulk of investors are using this message board for investment guidance which would be ridiculous.. I keep hearing about all the institutions buying in, I wonder if they print off an analyse my posts in a board room and make thier next investment decision on them.

I just have a diffent viewpoint to most (not all) and I have a bit of spare time so I can post what my thoughts are. When I get busy again my posts will drop off which may even coinside with a rise in argo.

I am STILL 100% invested with Isa and SIPP which I know is a daft strategy but it's one I've picked, maybe that's why I am a little more critical than others.

You may not like what I say and that's fine, it's what the boards are for but you'll see I stick to fact the best I know them.
