Completely agree Islandgirl. I think I recall reading the blm have a 60 day max turnaround period if there are no issues with the apd. We submitted the changes to out APD 24/08. So we are 50 days into that period. Could be this week or next, potentially an 11th hour rns the day before or morning of the 25th...

That's just because no volume and more sellers than buyers risky. There are no shares on loan so no short open.

There are no open short positions here all. A simple Google search will show you that. It'd be mad to short a company that is self funded, nonsensical infact. Companies being shorted are those expected to fail, not with fundamentals like ours.

Insinuating news on permits could be imminent, and not only that but a rig contract should follow pretty swiftly. I think those selling maybe regretful come the 25th.

If speculation on drilling success of 36-2 does not drive the sp upwards Kenny I will eat my hat. Also, news of 16-2 finally coming back online. We will see how the chips fall end of October.

I wonder what this Fridays news may include, just a basic completion of acquisition RNS or perhaps some Juicey details? Could also include some more detail surrounding 16-2 as the new gasworks will be instrumental to bringing it into production. Thoughts?
