No I certainly didn't because I like most people don't have a crystal ball Evan, and at the time when the crypto mine was first announced BTC was in a good place and made perfect sense. But i can accept change, and am glad of the route we are now on. I'd be livid if we'd gone ahead and wasted 2 million dollars. I'd imagine the BOD waited to announce anything perhaps to give crypto a chance to stabilise before making a final decision. Either way what's done is done and we are better for it.

And now we are running a further extended test, are in the process of refurbishing a 100 percent owned gas processing plant, have applied to build a pipeline to carry the gas for direct sale to Pacific energy. Production expected 2h 2023.

We are also drilling another well, no gas expected that will likely be producing q1 2023.

I agree a short position would have made money, but it would be an enormous risk. Typically companies with strong balance sheets, good management, good jurisdiction, a prize asset, fully funded are not the subject of shorting. Hence there not being any short position open here. Google it. You will see there are no shares on loan. So by your logic, why has nobody shorted this? Consider yourself argued Evan.

Evan/SCE2. If the lone voice countering me offered not just a problem, but the solution in their own mind to that problem if an alternative option existed, e.g in your case how we could have pumped oil and
Gas without infrastructure and permits, I would have respected that. But you just keep saying we should have been In production when oil was worth more, despite that being impossible..... you need to accept everything that has happened this year is for the better and has put us in far stronger position moving forward. Evan, the plans changed for the better. I still can't get my head around why you would want the plans to stay the same for a worse outcome. Do you need the money now? If you do you are over committed and only have yourself to blame. Yes it's a longer wait, but the outcome for and potential for the company is almost set in stone. You really need to look at the bigger picture. Your narrow mindedness is deeply frustrating.

A year was not wasted, we applied for permits, got more acreage, had to ammend permits application and the BLM took a ridiculous amount of time in issuing them. We now have them. Hence drilling as we speak.

And saying there are no positives from 2022 is just plain wrong and misleading. We are in the best position with permits, rigs, funding in place....

As had been repeatedly stated, industry-wide supply chain issues. And as myself and many others have repeatedly explained to you, the btc mining op was ditched because it fast became completely uneconomical with the continues crypto crash, and a better path to production that didn't involve sinking 2 million dollars came to light. One that I and many others are very happy about. Plans change. Get over it.

OK I see you don't want to take any positives from this year SCE2. And somehow we should have magically jumped into production without permits, rigs, infrastructure. Good luck in your investment. I am happy and will continue being patient.

Well they must be flaring at the moment, considering we are mid production test. Same as the first round, to be offset with carbon credits I'd assume.

And as for production, as mentioned we will be utilising our gas processing facility and the new pipeline....

I agree the constraints on production has been the reason we have been held back with our current discovery of 16-2 due to the gas. As we now know we are in the process of refurbishing the our gas processing plant and awaiting a permit to build a 1.3m pipeline to be able to sell the gas. We should get extended test update any day. 36-2 is not expected to be gassy, so we should be able to produce quickly. Hence my thinking that a rerate will be on the cards once we get into production testing there. We will see SCE2!

Things can change very quickly in the market. First sniff of a hit at 36-2 and I think we will start to see a proper turnaround.

All fair enough Setanta. I just want to keep the peace. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I'm sanguine in my investment here. And have resigned myself to the fact that we need positive results from the 16-2 and 36-2, mainly the latter, to get things moving.

Big difference between bickering and constructive debate SCE2. Agree that's what these boards are for, speculation, information sharing and debate. I don't think much of the last 24 hours posting could be called that, just mud flinging. Better to use the filter button in my opinion. Anyway, another day closer, 36-2 should be at TD not next week but the following. 2022 isn't done yet, still some time for a few more things to come to light.

Not that anyone should buy shares based on billboard ramblings. But Do any of you really think this constant bickering is helping the investment case here? Just filter each other. I get it, people are frustrated that our share price is not higher. I am frustrated believe me! But I am still confient all will come good. We uave the means via the williston and the necessary expertise and infrastructure to make the PB a resounding success. Despite some mishaps this year, mainly due to massive delays industry wide, things are looking very good here. It's just a waiting game to get drills in the ground, production testing done, then actual production. With an increase in our income, or even just the promise of an income increase via production testing we should see a material increase as people begin to believe the Zephyr story again. Sit on hands, button lips if you have nothing helpful to add to the conversation, and wait it out.
