I don't think you're far wrong. What this could do for the SP if announced as you suggest is anyone's guess. As I said yesterday, I'd settle for at least 1.0p and ecstatic at 1.5p (retire at 2.0p).

To have to read consistent ramps was/is tiresome to many here. If it were rounded and balanced on both sides of the coin then fine, but you never hear of the big sells etc. Therefore, one has to consider other’s motives.
