Nicely presented, but nothing new. Still no contracts. No signatures. No timelines. Still all the 'ifs' are outstanding. Sentiments regarding 'commitment' and vague 'feelings' that 'we're getting close' are a bit lame and all too familiar.

This stuff only suits the traders who are looking to sell on a spike, but little to cheer the LTHs - except I guess it could have been worse!.
