Relying on investors to fund a business is not the same at all and a poor analogy.

I do get a salary. But this is for providing products and/or services. I don't make a living from promising products/services, taking the money, but the products/services may or may not be provided at some point. Try it at your work and see how that goes!

Cmon now, lets at least give them due credit for some creative writing. The words: 'agreements .....to initiate ......trials .......in near final form .....are expected to be concluded .......soon.' is a truly masterful exercise in saying NO PROGRESS without actually saying it.

I have been here a long long time and can assure you I would welcome genuine 'good news' if/when it comes, more than you would, IMO, understand. But I'm not interested in making-excuses-for-my-profit, supporting earnings while progress stagnates, or helping lowlife, pump-and-dump, day traders make a few quid off investors.
