riddler either you are unbelievably stupid or you yo are being deliberately obdurate in a desperate attempt to justify your statements.im sure it's the latter .what do you thing the words "a fee of 6% of any further net revenue" actually mean? they will get 6% of the net revenue derived from commercialisation up to a maximum of £6m.if the net revenue is for example £30 m they would get £1.8m. as i have previously stated to get £6m the net revenue would have to be £100m.and as i say thats not going to happen next week. rest assured i have read the RNS very carefully and it does not carry the meaning you are seeking ascribe to it.i also note you are no longer trying to assert that the £6m has anything do with an upfront payment to val.

where is your authority for stating PYC will get an upfront payment (or part of VALs upfront payment) on a licensing deal for 201 and that the figure will be £6m? obviously its likely that val will get an upfront payment if it secures a licensing deal,but so far as I'm aware, no figure has ever been mentioned and i have seen nothing to suggest that pyc would be entitled to anything over and above the 6% figure referenced inthe feb RNS. obviously i am happy to stand corrected if you can provide the specific reference.

well odysseus i cannot speak for others ,but personally I'm very satisfied with the 180% plus gain I've made from fum to date.

morning croydaonboys.so the position re realnetworks is not as straightforward as i thought and my conclusions were premature.i think the answer lies,at least in part,in the terms of real networks acquisition of the second 42%share in rhapsody in 2019https://www.geekwire.com/2019/realnetworks-doubles-stake-napster-84-deal-valued-40m/ you will see that additional consideration was due to rhapsody applebee managed byCNTP,if the acquired holding was sold within 5 years. i will post a link to real networks quarterly statement explaining that it satisfied this additional conditional consideration obligation using in part napstersshares.

kdonkey it's an off book trade, so between two parties without a market maker.in essence therefore,both a buy and sell. its reported on XPAL,which stands for the posit auction uk mechanism.ive tried to get an idea of what this is but not really clear.looks like it's some form of specialised trades platform which was set up 3 or 4 years ago.i suppose the question is who is selling and who is buying? perhaps an RNS in next few days?

mel,if that were to happen,and of course it could, N&G would be sitting on a 30% plus loss on their existing shares. the total loss percentage would be diluted by the further conversion, but a further conversion would only make sense if they expect the s/p to recover and move above their average(currently 1.48p approx)over time.imo

depressing view mel I'm afraid. tbh i don't tend to speculate too much on what may or may not happen.speculation almost always proves ill founded.although fair play to all those who had a very negative view of the CLNs from the outset. you may be perfectly correct of course,although I'm not really sure why the board may be too frightened to tackle matchett.after all he is no longer the main shareholder and in terms of financing clout davis capital would seem to be in the strongest position.i accept that they will feel secure in their loan arrangements, as no doubt they are comfortable withe security provided, but they may be less sanguine regarding their equity investment. i have always been a little puzzled as to why davis sanctioned the N&G involvement unless they simply failed to forsee the deleterious effect it has had in practice.bearing in mind that many on here did forsee it (i was not one of them initially) it's hard to imagine a business like davis capital would not have been alert to the dangers. im assuming davis must have been consulted and raised no objection,but again could be wrong. anyway, having said i don't tend to speculate, i see I'm doing just that. whatever the history, the only fact we have is that N&G now own a very substantial part of the company (with scope to increase) and in in this respect i entirely agree that they have played an absolute blinder.
