well bignose i suppose it's just possible i might get a reply from young ai,whereas I'm certain i wouldn't get one from jg to that question.of course you are right that it has been a disaster so far and my biggest fear is that dli will become a massive drain on cash etc.it seems clear that it has no immediate earning potential and i am concerned that it is just a folly. there is a video of a dli officer explaining how the young ai app works (I'm not going to post a link, )from which it seems horribly complicated and that even if one could negotiate the mechanics successfully, the best one can hope to get is some advice which might(might) ,if followed, alter ones biological age by 2 or 3 years.to my mind the young ai app is not going anywhere.in fairness the science itself and the ageing clocks etc, may have some possible commercial application in the insurance/actuarial sphere etc,,but no real evidence as yet of any commercial success.

i know i am just wasting my time but i have today emailed the young ai team to see if there is anything they can do to address the current review of the app on the app store.it now has a one star out of five review ,due to the rating being based on just one review,which is highly negative.i expect they re aware of this and can do nothing, but have suggested they try and contact the reviewer to address his or her concerns.probably complete waste of time,but it's raining here and my tv has broken down so it's passing the time.i will wait to see if i get a reply,but is suppose i could always post my own review if i knew how to and despite not having used it, as I'm sure it is wonderful and would have no hesitation in endorsing it in the most fulsome terms.not sure that would be ethical though.lol

afternoon albert and DC.there was talk by some of stops being hit at 1p or just below,but tbh i didn't see that .what we had was a clear pattern of someone selling down in blocks of £20 k ,£10k and i think a couple of £25k.we won't know the identity unless it triggers a tr1 but if we were guessing id say N&G prior to converting the last CLN.just speculation in the absence of firm news. i expect them to take up most of the outstanding tranche,which as I've previously stated only really makes sense if they are expecting the s/p to improve.just my opinion.

londondan, obviously our views differ and i do not expect that to change.i accept that there is certainly more than one possible explanation for the lack of social media comment from employees etc,but I'm not sure how you can ascribe it to incompetence.surely you are not suggesting that the employees are all so incompetent as to be unable to post on twitter etc.to me it suggests strongly an orchestrated blackout,but i completely accept that other interpretations are possible,although incompetence on whosoever's part doesn't seem high on the probability scale. time will tell

i see they are on patrol again.not surprised,but still a sad reflection on how these boards bring out the worst in some people.a lot of very fragile personalities revealed imo.anyway whilst I'm sure no one has any interest in anything i say or do here, for the record i am still here and actually topped up fairly significantly on Thursday. no denying its been an extremely torrid time, but i am expecting a reasonable improvement by the end of the year.when you think about it there must be an extremely effective embargo on the social media activities of employees etc to restrict the social media posts (apart from the routine news of new tracks) to,well, zero, for so many months. it keeps me wondering why. and to pre-empt the obvious reply, i doubt it is because nothing has been happening. other opinions are no doubt available.

very much my thoughts PD.i think ivy farm must be as much of a given as you can get on Aim.also i do expect a "coffee investment in due course.a degree of diversification is important and TBH i was slightly disappointed when we sold down the oritain investment. i thought it was an excellent little company with a very niche focus and they could have increased their investment if they had wishes.i appreciate it was not really within the current investment parameters but it would have been good i think to retain the diversification.all just my opinion of course.

whilst its perfectly possible to pursue approval in more than one regulatory jurisdiction simultaneously i think it is very unlikely that polx will try and do this.they will want(and indeed should imo)concentrate on gaining approval from the FDA.it's usually regarded as the leading market and it would,i think, be very odd to try and pursue elsewhere whilst there is a question mark hanging over the fda application.also of course there are questions of resources and costs etc.

i think we were hoping for $100m which is about £73m, so not too far off. a while ago i posted about the potential accounting treatment of businesses which have large volumes of pre paid subscriptions,which may have to be revalued when a business is taken over,and which can result in an apparent large reduction in revenue in the initial periods after the change.im no accountant so this may have no application here (if there are any accountants who can comment i would be interested), but it may be that revenues are much in line with expectations, hence the lack of reaction.
