on Friday my 3141 GSK shares @ circa 1700p were worth £53,300 ish

Today my 2152 ( consolidated 5 for 4 ) GSK shares @ circa 1777p & my 3141 Haleon shares @ circa 301p are worth £47,690

So down circa £6,000...............what am i missing here....that ain't good !!!!

So the current value of my GSK holding is £56K
Thought that would be similar on demerger day......not the case then ? If not it's surely not going to be too dissimilar ?

So the demerger shares will be sorted on 18th July. I assume then the Haleon share price will be the same as GSK share price initially .....as we'll have 50% in Haleon & 50% in GSK......That right ?

It's been a total clusterf&ck.
12 months on from EL and here we are with jack **** going on. Looking forward to 6p ( if we ever get there again )and I'm out with my shirt and a bit of profit. Will just have to continue to ride it out but i have the time fortunately.

Great update Wigster and Doc......thanks for your excellent efforts. Feel much more hopeful / positive of success here now but it's bottom drawer for the time being which is fine.

And what of the chances of an RNS dropping confirming rig contract / worker etc etc for work to start a week or two later ?

I cannot see it happening that quickly. Rig contract yes but probably weeks / Months before commencement.... Hope I'm wrong but the way things are progressing, cannot see it happening until 2023. Oh I'm at LTH before people jump down my throat, just very frustrated by it all.....Come MB FFS !!!

Let's hope there's some meat being added to the bone. We are just shy of 2 years since that monumental rise. Although I expect those days are long gone here, maybe a rise back to 100p level is doable with the RIGHT news.. Fingers crossed and hopefully might just get our money back. ( Though I need 96p for that !!! )

Let's hope so. If I get my money back by year end I'll be happy, if I make a profit i'll be over the moon.

At this moment in time, I'd take 90p-.110p.....that might however change if things pan out like we hope.

Anyone worked out their average now.....think it was around the £1.05 - £1.20 last time wasn't it ????
