If Oil is discovered, what are the likely timescales to actually bring oil to the surface ? Bearing in mind an Exploitation licence would be required just to start with. Are we in for more red tape and lengthy delays ? A couple of years or sooner before monetising any find ?

Yes very tempted myself though I've said for a long time I won't be investing more, however 2.5p is in my opinion a no brainer. Great op to bring average down for me as well.
