I am beginning to think that we had two parties being referred to as Globalco. Vlad has allowed to identify one as Lilly to avoid confusion or we have had another globalco come on board since. Lilly wouldn't be traditionally know as a bio-pharmaceutical company. Maybe JHFH was correct when he suggested it was Pfizer. Who knows, can only be one of a few?
I am beginning to form the opinion that Global Co are not Lilly and that at one point we had two parties being referred to as Globalco so he was allowed to name Lilly to avoid confusion. Lilly wouldn't be traditionally known as a bio-pharma company. I suspect that maybe JHFH was right when he suggested it was Pfizer.
Who knows, can only be one of a few?
What they didn't know was the cost to manufacture, manufacturing capacity the cost o add etc. Markets changes, new products arrive all the time. I'm sure Lilly's COVID response is occupying all their available capacity. The point is markets move and change all the time. Yes, you have an idea but you don't run the numbers until you know what you have.
What a commercial success for Lilly looks like v's what a commercial success for HEMO looks like are poles apart.
The way I see it, this is more of a reflection of the size of the market and not a reflection of the quality of the product.
Drive on HEMO I am not going anywhere.
Well if Apple or Google are interested in DIM they will want it all for themselves and will not want to share. So a buyout or a very valuable exclusive wearable licencing deal is likely. Main reason google bought fitbit was for the data. IMO
Why is everybody surprised? It was always known that it is only the option to exercise up to the 11th and a further 6 months to agree terms, Global co have now exercised that option slightly ahead of the deadline. Great news. It could be another 6 months before the terms are rubber stamped...which will be worth waiting for.
I don't think it will take the 6 months but I don't expect anything in the next few weeks regarding CDX either and I hope to be wrong.
I think people were expecting a deal signed an delivered by the 11th and are now disappointed, hence the drop.
They have delivered as promised and ahead of time, just some more patience and the rewards will come. All in IMO of course.
Well seeing as we now trade on the Nasdaq that isn't such a folly.
