In the bio-pharma world you cannot reverse engineer a drug unlike you can in the chemical pharma world. That is why there is no generic bio-pharma drugs only bio-similar's. So even when patent has expired doesn't necessarily mean someone will be able to produce an as effective bio-similar.
I worked in the Pharma, I invest in Pharma because it's what I know and understand. I see HEMO very similar to a company I worked in, similar beginnings, similar structures. That company now has a mcap of 50+Billion. About 12 or so years ago they were where HEMO are now. I truly believe HEMO has that potential. I intend to hold some my holding for many years to come.
Regeneron is that company.
He just popped up on the ODX board with a BOOM!
Mint lend to make money.
They don't throw 60mil around for the fun of it. They will have been given far more insight to HEMO than we have.
The only way Mint get paid and make a profit is if HEMO have successful products and the SP rises. There is no other way they get there money back. Whatever that look likes. They can convert as many shares and dilute the f**k out of it means nothing if the SP is on the floor.
I feel it's a bargaining tool and no where near 60mil will be drawn down. At least it gives a fall back option if negotiations don't go well. Latter to me wil mean bigger return for HEMO in long term I am happy either way. All imo.
I wold have both, VOX is quicker but not without minor issues. LSE email as a back-up.
They have capacity to produce 120m tablets a week. That's what I like.
The main reason I invested here is because they do manufacturing, that's where the real money will be realised a lot more than if it was just licencing agreements. Manufacturing is king.
There are lots of drugs that need to be stored at low temperatures. It's more difficult but manageable. The vaccines won't be hanging around for long so wont require long term storage.
