The continuing support of our investors has made it possible to once again strengthen our balance sheet and puts the Company in a stronger position to progress not only our silver projects but perhaps more importantly, given the current price and demand, our lithium assets. To fully evaluate our current lithium options requires exploration methods that have not been financially viable for us, until now. We believe greater lithium concentrations occur deeper within the salars and the results so far obtained from the surface exploration are merely indicative of the presence of lithium

In total, 28 auger holes were drilled in all three of the Company’s lithium projects to depths of up to 12.5 metres. The assay results indicate that the grades of lithium remain consistent across the project but did not demonstrate the required increased grades at deeper levels. Jim Williams, Chief Executive of Arian, commented, “The absence of an increase in lithium grades at deeper levels means that we will now focus our attention on prospects elsewhere in the Zacatecas region of Mexico. Over the past few months, we have been reviewing other lithium exploration projects and will now be stepping up that activity. We will provide further updates on progress in due course.” The vendor of the aforementioned projects, Comercializadora Gacu SA de CV (the “Vendor”), holds a portfolio of mining concessions, some of which the Company may seek to explore. Under the terms of the option agreement with the Vendor as announced on 11 April 2017 (the “Agreement”), to date, US$20,000 has been paid by Arian and no further amounts have fallen due. Arian may move to terminate the Agreement without further liability but is presently negotiating with the Vendor to potentially vary and extend the Agreement to encompass the additional mining concessions.

It will come good, Lithium is there, just need them to drill the correct holes, hope the licences are in good areas... You might even make some or loads of money if the news will be very good, then this share will move-up so fast in a blink. Look at KOD, FRR from 0.06 to 0.80, VAL from 0.9 to 7.70 and this will move higher tomorrow and next weeks, KOD, GGP and many other stocks, all these were priced to go bust, but look what happened, 500-1000% rises! Hope AGQ will do the same jumps here too. Santa, just bring some good news here please :)

The herd will come in masses Quindell, all we need some decent-good commercial quantities of Lithium discovered and very bullish news worded like a billion dollar find, then we will have very impressive rise. Still strong buy for me. 0.7m market cap is a joke. Can I buy £10 pounds and pay you £5 oh and some free ice cream (licences)? LOL

If we get decent news, decent lithium discoveries, then this will go to the Moon or even Mars! Will be adding at these levels. Common BOD give us some decent news for a change! Merry Christmas

I've been in AGQ since 2014! No offence really. I could be complaining here too, but trying to be composed as AIM market is not for weak heart this is wild west and not for long term investments. I have locked in myself here as many others, but always managed to trade this share with a profit since 2014, 23p to 47p! Just this recent 0.65 drop to 0.30 was unexpected luckily had only few grand. Averaged down this one to a sensible levels 0.25! My advice is invest in to the Funds like 2x 3x ETFs, or FTSE100 companies, look at TALK pays very good dividends 7% and share price is lowest ever been, TALK TALK will come good but 1-2yrs investment. Or ETFs, gas 3x return of the gas price thicker 3NGL, or coffee 3CFL and many others commodities, like sugar, wheat etc.. All these will make a good return in the next 2-3 months.

Spot-on, they will get their bolls cut-off when least expected, karma works on everyone even dogs!

just change your broker to x-o or IG shares which have direct market access I believe. Sell and go away. This is AIM market, most of the companies in AIM go through the difficult financing period, some are better than others, some have better CEOs Directors than others, but eventually most of them come back with a bang. Lithium is new gold, and we all know this, all they need to do is to cut their salaries pay, and reorganize their business strategies, drill in other locations choose best possible fields etc.. I know, no silver, yes there is silver, then lithium,.. but most of the silver companies are mining the silver in red, for every ounce of silver produced they loose about ~ $5 dollars, so not economical to mine this currently, There is Lithium in Mexico, but if they can find good commercial quantities and they will find, this can turn into very profitable share! Common BOD take your fingers out of your arses.. Bring something good and positive to the market for the time?

This will come good, share price is too low now. 0.9m market cap is too low period! 1m cash and assets with lithium is there just need to get them drilling right holes and zones to choose the best fields... The news will come and they will come with a bang and then boom this will do 200-300% in one day the share price will re-rate! Read all the previous RNSs they are drilling in a different locations to come up with the best possible target zones. Also the time of the year and the sector for the Lithium drillers is not the favourable at the moment, but this will turn. Just patience needed. SHARE PRICE MARKET CAP is too low!

Totally agree shaleInUK if UKOG can reach 250~300m market cap or similar plays valued much more so the IGAS should be minimum valued 250~300m market cap. No debt! Nice oil profits and wait for shale gas = Fireworks
