What is the cash burn like? How long do they have to find a suitor… seems like a fire sale on the cards short term and at these rates it could suddenly be very attractive
Management buy out.
GMAN , as you know that is because they are swing traders, they will be cashing in on the rise and then be back again.
I have nothing against swing traders personally, those who can’t see the game with their posting then disappearance shouldn’t really invest.
I assume he meant for this month. Seems as though they were all forward sold so the sp has at least 2 weeks without any rise being sold into by Mercator. If the Feb repayment can be done in cash then happy days, but that will require IMs or a massive increase in TF revenue etc ..
Tex
It would be good to have visibility of the earn out revenue targets the TF team have for 2021 to 2023. I would hope they are very steep given the £30m valuation…… this may give some justification for the price tag…… but not the intermediary fee!
Very true, and seems to be at odds with the loan details…..“a conversion price of 85% of the lowest 10 day closing VWAP prior to the issue of the conversion notice”
When did we have the slump below todays price? Today was VWAP 0.14667
….odd.
Norfolk. Because the revenue it’s not enough. We are waiting for H2 revenue but H1 was only £270k for 6 months. Clearly not enough to pay the monthly loan bill.
The TF news this week was very interesting, we really needed an RNS with the implication in terms of revenue and also a rev projection as it would be good to know when TF can cover the monthly bill in lieu of IM. The numbers indicated for me were very positive but we need that translated to a revenue projection and cash flow.
IMO
Yes they are being forward sold which is common practice with CLN conversions….but it is a continual process till cash repayments are started rather than conversions.
GMAN - surprised about your comment on the £2m. That would have to be confirmed to investors as it is essentially a further loan being taken out. I think you are getting confused, are you clear how the repayment of the existing loan works?
We will know when they have some cash as monthly CLNs will stop! Currently they do not have cash to make “cash” repayments, so clearly not cash rich.
Situation remains the same IMs required to create enough income to pay for the loan. Till that happens monthly conversions will continue to happen to pay the monthly bills. Very simple.
