Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
morning all.. hopefully a solid end to the week and news next week?
Good to hear from you Swizz!
That’s not correct Analyzer.
The conversion was for remaining Feb issued CLN. in the same RNS they also announced the March CLNs being issued.
These now need to be converted. We don’t officially know what they will in April. So currently they only have £675k of CLN to be converted.

Interesting read.

exactly, this is how I saw it, I think the push to get something sorted may come from the Ghana side (which let's face it is what is required), there are a few indications in articles around the desire for Ghana to take a stronger position in it's oil fields.
After all this time I am sure CLON would jump at anything reasonable which would see some level of monetisation of the TANO licenses.

This may have already been posted. Not much we don;t already know, or assume given the current situation with Russia.
Indeed. Time will tell..
I find this share quite exciting because literally no one knows what the strategy or plan is! Let's just hope there is one ;-)
20% spread.... looks like MMs are feeling a little exposed and waiting for someone to sell.
I think the current BoD don't want to be in this for much longer, I think they want to cash in hence the warrants.
I agree that something could be about to be released, not sure what, could be news on Tano2, . Could be sale or Partnership. Not sure (convinced) about Bolivia , but could be something to do with that. Or could be shell and RTO which would be very interesting.
Anyone have a view on Chad?
All of the above give material upside at the current mcap. It's a no brainer for a punt, just in case!
Let's see if our guts are right :-)
I echo the below. I have a punt in here of 4.6m @ 0.23 . Any sniff of positive news will create material upside. I’m happy to sit back and wait. I do have a feeling something will move in 2022. Though I’m sure many have said that in previous years :-)
Let’s see.
Gullable what research is there to do? This share is a complete punt and very easy to understand.
Bolivia lithium - let's wait and see if anything moves? I am skeptical here that CLON has weight, resource or connection to get anything tangible from any agreement the govt moves forward with (see my posts last month).
Ghana - waiting waiting waiting, but obviously the current situation may create a catalyst to finally move things forward. But who knows.
Chad - Hmmmmm
Warrants taken for deferring salaries - interesting and couple imply something on the 2022 horizon. This is really why I invested.
Cash position £350k , based on current mcap this does make an attractive RTO prospect if the BoD want out DYOR there.
I don;t see a short term placement - could be wrong.
I think there is material upside to my 0.23 buy and at a £2m mcap. There is a tiny free float as we know and this thing moves on minimal volume. Any positive news will create a material rerate.
I know lots have been here for a long time and it has been incredibly painful, I am very sorry, but I am not in that group so excuse my more positive perspective.
Are you a genuine investor or just a very long term holder who timed their investment in a share wrong and is now understandably quite bitter?
Tex
Spot on , there could be a last surprise from the BoD and if they pull something off then happy days otherwise their exit could be via RTO which has grown in popularity over the last 24 months.
Anyway, let’s see. it’s worth a punt :-)
