Agreed Doggy100, huge potential from the current £8m mcap. Lots of news flow from Jan and ValOre due. Are you holding at the moment? We are still flying below the radar but momentum seems to be building a bit.

Note partnerships (plural)....

.... to pursue the development of protocols and treatments derived from the Company's humanised mice, including work on auto-immune diseases such as (but not restricted to) its existing lupus project; and

· to provide additional working capital for the Company to progress its core CDX antibody collaboration and to support its various partnerships with other major pharmaceutical companies.

Clear alignment with Lilly. But I think there will be other players involved as well. I can’t see this being a one horse race.

The point is also that what people work on and develop does not belong to them it is owned by the company. It is the asset and IP. There are currently developed assets which we are awaiting licensing updates on. One person doesn’t own these.

Apart from the patents. Intellectual property and the outcome of the last 2 years work.

Normally takeovers also include terms around employees continuing employment for a period of time, plus golden handshakes etc.

Maybe there won’t be a takeover in the next 12 months but given what HEMO has developed and owns to date, plus the stuff we are waiting for news on (imminently) , I would say the company is slightly more than just one person.

Orhyblue I would imagine that a lot of the news can only be released once signatures are completed. So they could know what is happening but can’t release news till documents are signed. Agreement signed Friday. Monday news?

I do have to say, I scratch my head about this Q&A. So much news flow due and they call a Monday 4pm Q&A 2 weeks ago! Then announce EL!! ..... hmmmmm.

Nice to see a blue day yesterday and clear interest. Monday should be interesting with 4pm timing for US participation.

Hopefully they give some insight into future plans and timelines. We definitely need an answer around the exact collaboration agreement end date and what the associated timing is around formalizing any go forward license options (before the end of agreement?)

P.S weekend (fun) theory (I know this BB loves one). The Monday 'Q&A' call is just a rouse. There will be another RNS on Monday at the same time as the last one (3pm) and a US market announcement at the same time on the license agreement or takeover. The Q&A will actually be an update session from both companies to shareholders. They announced it 2 weeks ago so people could prepare to be available and they called it a Q&A so they didn't raise suspicion :-) There you go fill your boots with that bit of fun.....

This poses an interesting question (debate),based on the below could we be at 6p by October?...

- Grade Drilling Results from Pitombeiras at the top end of expectations, and the associated JORC.
- Positive PEA
- Application for a trial mining license (speculation on my side, not currently confirmed by BoD)
- Positive drill results and news from ValOre.

6p = MCAP of £14.5m (10p is only £24m).. does that sound reasonable based on the above being delivered? :-) :-)

+35m shares would only dilute by about 14% which isn't massive and actually would provide some needed liquidity in the share to attract new investors....

The Company has completed a placing to raise £1.05 million, before expenses, through the issue of 34,999,996 new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") at the Placing Price (being £0.03 per Placing Share); and 34,999,996 Warrants (the "Placing Warrants") to the Placees on a 1 for 1 basis, exercisable in whole or in part at 6p until 15 October 2020. The issue of Placing Warrants is conditional on the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting.

DCAT80 called it right yesterday. MMs need shares, still small volume available to buy ATM and a big spread.

Based on the '2 weeks' in the last results RNS, next week we should see the final 5 drill results from Pitombeiras, which will provide sufficient data to define a JORC and subsequent Preliminary Economic Assessment.

I think there are a few here in a similar position myfirstmillion.

At 10p the market cap is still only £24m which (if things go to plan) could be covered just by positive ValOre results.

I intend to take some profit when we go past 15p cover my costs and then be on a free ride. Even at 20p the mcap is still low and if you think that we get the JORC and PEA done relatively quickly, we are then onto the development plan for Pitombeiras and if that goes down a potential route which DCAT80 talked about on twitter, namely trial mining license or partner news, then even 20p could look cheap.

OK, I am ramping now so I will stop! It is nice to have some genuine interest in the share though and I do think it is going to 'pop' in the very near future. Re-rate has been on the cards for some time, more people are now seeing the solid story Jangada have.

Any sells as being snapped up pretty quickly.

Sam, if you invest here do it with cash you don't mind being tied up for a long period of time. We could be sat here in 6 months with no news still awaiting ratification. Equally, if could come next month......
