Very interesting, 5m is a material amount which must be earmarked for short term usage.

ValOre will be on an upwards trajectory in the coming months, so this amount must be required now, otherwise you would just sell small amounts as and when, in order to maximise your sale price.

JORC and PEA are funded, so next step could be a potential trial mining license and then low cost production plan.

Or (unlikely in my book) they are about to acquire a new asset.

I would hope this is clarified in the short term news flow we are expecting.

45p does look a big number from where we currently stand, but 45p would be a Mcap of about £120m which suddenly doesn’t seem quite so high..

Lots happening here as we can see, this is the list of bits and pieces I have in my head at the moment.

- Pitombeiras JORC now being worked on.
- Pitombeiras PEA in the pipeline. Will we see some of the suggestions here around low CAPEX ore extraction? (See Q&A RNS for a few questions and answers around this and Trial Mining License)
- How will they position the TiO2 opportunity and the world class grade at Pitombeiras ? Seems this has generally been an undervalued asset which is now starting to come to the forefront.
- Will we see a Partner involved, short, medium term?
- Will we be seeing more value from Fodere to maximise the revenue potential from Pitombeiras?
- Trial mining license application? Brazil is supportive here and it takes 3-6 months (per Q&A RNS)
- Discovery Group membership? (personally, I would love to see this one for multiple reasons).
- Don't forget ValOre 26% interest which is transformational in itself. I'm hoping we hear something on initial Pedra Branca drill results in August.

Lots to think about. Exciting times ahead.

I am still intrigued why JAN have done this one today. I assume we will be hearing more on Fodere in the near future which was alluded to in the RNS and your last comment..

"......it is also important for Jangada to help inform design decisions on how to optimise the revenue generation potential from Jangada's projects. Jangada sees the benefits of being associated with Fodere to be multi-faceted as its programme develops."

I wonder what position $100k bought us in the company? Clearly, an interesting new angle and also an interesting time for JAN to provide an update to the market...... I would suggest we may be hearing of Fodere more in the future.

Seems a did odd to me, there are a couple of bits they could push out info on.... they seem to be happy to let the individual companies front all PR.. I guess that's OK if BRH holders are willing to track each company individually.

Tick in the box today for initial JORC Resource estimate to be prepared and ValOre have had a steady rise so far this week with drill news in the pipe.

Momentum is building and we are starting to get on the radar (slightly), not a lot of shares around so once material news lands, expect fireworks.

Brian McMaster, Executive Chairman of Jangada, said: "The 2020 drilling campaign has been an overwhelming success, underpinning the significant prospectivity of Pitombeiras as a result of the consistency of returned grades, widths and continuity. The results of these latest and final drill holes have further confirmed this and also highlighted the effectiveness of our exploration approach of utilising airborne magnetic surveys to delineate VTM drilling targets. The Pitombeiras North and Goela targets are two out the six identified airborne magnetic anomalies and our technical team strongly believe that the VTM system will continue to grow as we expand our drilling footprint, which is now being considered as part of our ongoing development strategy. In the meantime, the 2020 drill results, together with results from our 2019 drill programme, will be used to prepare an initial JORC Resource estimate, which we look forward to sharing further details on in due course."

Momentum is growing on both fronts, it's just a case of which one triggers a rerate first.

Very true Swizz, what I liked about yesterday was that we had a steady +15% and 3x normal volume which isn't 'crazy'. The last 20%+ rise and 15x normal volume day was clearly a spike and not surprisingly we fell back to 0.30 support. I have seen GUV999 has been doing a good job on Twitter of positioning this as a longer term play so hopefully we avoid spikes before news. Looks like ValOre opened up slightly today.... let's see if we can hold 0.35.

I still find it crazy that we have two simultaneous plays going, each of which (if successful) can materially move the share price by the end of the calendar.

Oh well, whatever happens it is going to be a fun (crazy) ride and something to tell the kids/grand kids/bloke down the pub.
