Time will tell, but yes I am surprised at the fact that I have been able to build a material holding here. We will be laughing once the investors start to pour in and I think it’s only a matter of time before they do.

It would be great to get a new BoD member with PR experience, to be the front man . Getting hooked into the Discovery Group would be fantastic, but I’m not sure how realistic that is.

Updated post of the list of bits and pieces I have in my head at the moment.

- Pitombeiras JORC now being worked on. I hope we see this by the end of August.
- Pitombeiras PEA in the pipeline. Will we see some of the suggestions here around low CAPEX ore extraction? (See Q&A RNS for a few questions and answers around this and Trial Mining License)
- How will they position the TiO2 opportunity and the world class grade at Pitombeiras ? Seems this has generally been an undervalued asset which is now starting to come to the forefront.
- Will we see a Partner involved, short, medium term?
- Will we be seeing more value from JAN’s $100k Fodere investment to maximise the revenue potential from Pitombeiras? The Fodere’s zero waste recovery solution definitely seems exciting and gaining momentum with their new website published this week https://foderegroup.com/
- Trial mining license application? Brazil is supportive here and it takes 3-6 months (per Q&A RNS)
- Discovery Group membership? (personally, I would love to see this one for multiple reasons).
- Cash in the bank now to see us through the next stage of development without diluting shareholders.
- Don't forget ValOre major shareholder position which is transformational in itself. I'm hoping we hear something on initial Pedra Branca drill results in August.

Lots to think about. Exciting times ahead.

JAN seem very keen to push the value of ValOre & Pedra Branca. They still have a material position there, shortly to be worth materially more.

Very hard one to call. Doesn’t look like an obvious buy or a ell.

However, based on the sell price over the last week I would say it’s a buy, potentially an order from someone with direct market access, hence the preferential pricing.

If it’s a buy then shares will be scarce.

Time for JAN to get moving and rerate. Sub £10m mcap is crazy! I have my eyes on a rerate to the 6p to trigger warrants, as step one. Then onwards from there. 10p is still only £ 24m mcap. Crazy given potential numbers.

JORC RNS or additional updates this week Should help create some momentum.

Time to start telling the story and getting ourselves on the radar!

The funds from the ValOre share sale will be used to further advance our Pitombeiras Vanadium Project, where we are currently working to define our maiden JORC resource following a highly successful drill campaign.

Also, I think we will hit 6p and get the warrants into play, by October.

I’m not spooked, just impatient to understand what is next and what the strategy is for the cash raised, plus the post JORC PEA development plan.

I am fully loaded now so it’s just a wait and see game now.

Fully agree that if cash is needed (for whatever reason) then cash in ValOre rather than dilute those currently invested.

Very positive and some of the strengths highlighted (e.g. political stability, share structure and technicals) also apply to JAN.

The question still remains, why sell 5m shares now @ 0.25 when clearly a rerate is imminent in coming weeks.

Ignore my last two posts....must be the beers.

Back from the beach to see an Interesting day of trades, clearly MMs need shares and given the spread at close buying is trying to be discouraged. Tomorrow could be interesting if more new investors start to understand what is happening,and the short term news flow expected. As usual, any level of demand sends this thing north at a fair rate of knots. I can’t help but think that 4p will shortly be broken.

I’m still mulling over the 5m ValOre sale. The timing seems odd given the potential upward trend. I wonder what necessitated the need for urgent cash? Lots of very positive potential answers and unless JAN know ValOre is about to release bad results (highly unlikely) there is no way any rational CFO would advise liquidating that asset now versus holding onto it for greater returns. Therefore, I continue to believe the cash will be driving the next stage development of Pitombeiras, or further investment in an asset.

Either way, exciting times ahead and a good amount of news due in the run up to Christmas.

DCAT - that may explain why they released a Fodere update. Prequel to further investment? Pure speculation of course. Personally, I would hope that the funds are being funnelled into the next stage development of Pitombeiras.
