Agreed Glib, as long as it’s commercially viable then there should be a few companies ready to jump in. There is nothings special required to drill a well for helium.

Elon, currently we are at the concept phase. The 3x holes will prove there is gas (big tick) then assess its commercial feasibility, assuming that comes out positively next is the long road to production which would be another 2 years, in 2023-24.

We are currently about 24 months behind DME who plan to start production in October 2021.

Exactly, the results won’t give much on the top line, but I will be interested to see the costs and what has been spent where.

Copper future requirements are huge. I took the ARCM route.
There are so many mining plays out there which will provide healthy long term investments and good returns.

Plus the govt needs to pay for the costs COVID-19 has created in 2020. We have currently racked up 2x the amount of debt as a result of Covid as we did in the last subprime financial crisis (to give perspective). Capital gains tax will be one area the govt will be looking at closely, so maximising your tax efficient investment strategy should be on everyone’s review list.

Yes, this board does have some really good posters. Unfortunately, they aren’t involved in completing the POC, FRS-15 and regulatory review, sign off and approval, securing all the identified types of capital agreement ( open, Captive, Self funding). Etc.

The SYME concept is spot on, clearly lucrative, and I don’t think anyone doubts the market exists and is huge.

However, at this stage we are still at the theoretical phase. Once we get a successful POC the share will be massively de-risked and the share price will rise accordingly . Till that point there is risk, but each investor needs to gauge how much for themselves.

Also, once we have some customers through due diligence and on board (plus revenue numbers) , we can accurately look at future valuations (we need to see the company financials post customer onboarding). But to be honest, I am not overly concerned by the rate of customer acquisition and future mcap potential. It will be a lot more than where we are now. We seem to have a good pipeline of customers and the most recent ones are a magnitude in size of the initial ones, which tells me that the concept is now gaining credibility with larger companies (happy days).

The risk is proving it works. Currently we are not quite there yet, but getting closer.

My view. They are putting it out there as they will probably need some cash early 2021. Let’s assume the probability of this is greater than 50% otherwise they wouldn’t even mention it.

How much? No idea, they talk about delays and additional heads required etc. No idea of the SP effect either, that really depends how they are going to use it, plus updates on orders, forecast, production etc.

As I stated in my last post, for me trying to set up P2F as a major mask producing company makes no sense. It will cost a lot of cash, they don’t have the expertise or the distribution network or marketing machine. Fine for initial low level production but they need to think big and think smart.

Afternoon all, it’s been a few weeks since I posted as the board became a little crazy.

I just wanted to share my perspectives and where I see the real opportunity.

P2F had a good period of publicity with the Doc taking time to drum up some good coverage which built momentum and public awareness. .

Next it was key for P2F/RMS to establishing a solid Go To Market plan for marketing / sales / production & licensing. They alluded to it but from my perspective I haven’t seen real evidence of it yet.

I posted a couple of weeks ago that key to delivering this with a BOOM was outsourcing a lot of the production, licensing and GTM elements. Contract with companies with extensive sales and distribution networks into healthcare, hospitality, wholesale etc to take the mask to mass market through their existing infrastructure and distribution networks.

Then have an agreement with a major mask producer and also establish licensing agreements to live off the royalties. Suddenly, virus killing masks sales will be 10s of millions per month.

P2F is absolutely not geared to become a mass market mask manufacturer and are not able to deal with large scale production, sales, marketing etc. of the product. For me, setting up a production line in Nottingham isn’t a mass market model (5m masks pm limit) Plus, they have lucrative other avenues to pursue and focus on. Their strategy should be to develop and patent the technology then license and outsource the rest.

I think the SP will do well once prod starts in Jan and there is good upside in 2021. However, I am disappointed that the company has not shown the desire and appetite to really take the market by storm (as we all want them to).

That said, there is still time and hopefully they have expertise somewhere in RMS to set up the sort of major player agreements and a proper production, licensing and GTM strategy that this mask deserves.

They need to aspire to get their product to mass market rather than become a niche product churning out 50-60m masks a year with Volz adding a few more million. Get a plan that will drive and deliver to a demand of 20-30m a masks a month, via third parties.

Im still holding a position into next year and hopeful they will get the right strategy executed so will all see a transformational 2021.

Morning all,
I have had to take the approach of filtering both pie in the sky one line posters, who add zero value to discussion, and also the people on here just to trash the share without adding any debate.

I’m now left with a broad perspective of views and I absolutely want to hear both sides of the argument, so I can assess my risk in the investment. Anyone who just wants a happy clappy board is very naive around what they have invested in and clearly insecure about their investment.

At the end of the day this is a high risk, high reward play. If people are hoping to invest £1 and get £10 or more back then guess what, there is a high risk your £1 may disappear. There is no high reward investment you can make without there be material risk of something going wrong. This is just common sense. Hence, general investment advice around having a balanced portfolios etc. SXX was a learning curve for many new investors and a classic happy clappy BB, and a ramp fest from the CEO. Massive numbers being claimed and people piling in too much money and in some cases all their pensions. Tragic. There are also many many other examples.

I hope this will give me a material gain from here. I am a pragmatic investor (Just my style) therefore, as this goes up I will take multiple small slices and reinvest on the dips if it makes sense and (importantly) when I see the investment becoming de-risked . No share goes up in a straight line and if it does it’s just a spike! (E.g. August)

Final comment. There are a large amount of people people trading this share (easy to see on a daily basis from the SP movement) and a lot who won’t be around long term, despite what they tell you. At the end of the day this is a faceless BB and everyone has a personal agenda.

Constantly assess your investment against the regulated news released, don’t over commit, and be aware of the fact that this is very high reward and therefore high risk.

Investing successfully is very simple, just buy low and sell high. The tough part is assessing and managing the risk involved and knowing when to double down.

I’ll stop the drivel now. Let’s hope AZ is able to meet his December commitments per the last RNS. Be prepared that delays may happen and therefore it may be Jan before material news. Always set expectations conservatively to avoid disappointment.

Nice to see a more grounded BB this morning with a good sense of optimism.

Despite my periodic moans, I do actually like this company’s approach to releasing news.

No drama, always in line with expectation, no ramping the future prospects, just delivering the strategic plan piece by piece. What more could an investor ask for?

The penny will drop with the market at some point, I think it will be Q1 next year and then that tiny free float is going to take an absolute hammering.

As I have said a few times, what a great opportunity to be in this share at the start of the Company’s transformation. You really don’t get many opportunities to do that.
