Hi Heath. Assuming the storage tank has a sealed lid with the vent pipe (as in an open vented heating system) the level of electrolyte can’t be that high within the storage tank to allow for expansion as the electrolyte heats up when the fuel cell is in use. Even with baffles within the storage tank, the electrolyte (during stormy weather) would create turbulence within the electrolyte system. Just trying to understand.
