BTS's comments on the 'License areas' are indeed bad news for EML. OCP would be idiots not to want to acquire the License Area. Hmm, a cash offer, or wait until Receivership. Which is inevitable when cash runs out. Not a chance of any further fund raise with no ESIA. I'll still stick with my earlier comment on when to buy 'after' ESIA awarded. I will give it a few weeks, or until there is the inevitable fund raise to push mine development forward. Naturally, I would sell any shares bought since the sp collapse the 1st day of trading after the re-rate. ( if I had bought any)

There appears to be some interest in a collaboration with OCP. I, for one, am not a fan of theses 'deals', which possibly involves a 'partner' forking out a few 10s of million US, and then rakes in half of 100s of millions US EBITD. The Moroccans are certainly not playing 'soft ball'. I think it is a certainty that EML have had some exploratory talks with OCP re; 'offtake agreement', to include talks on some kind of ' mutual beneficial interest' areas. OCP are well aware of EML's 'problem areas', and may just 'sit it out' until the inevitable Receivership. It already has 'the fix' for EML's problems. Naturally, BOD will not release info. on any 'talks', which would be 'Privileged Info.', or any other matters of of interest to SH's. It used to be 'Mushroom Management', now, even the BS has stopped.

It would appear. with the lack of interest in The Kingdom to even get the Committee to meet, that the objective is to have OCP take over this valuable asset for the benefit of the Govt. Naturally, it will mean EML BOD to have compliance with this. Positions in new company , or more likely, handsome 'pay offs'. The cos, basically, share the same adjoining land, and The Kingdom know that being taken to the Intntl Court of Arbitration is a waste of money and time for EML.

A committee meeting, that was due to take place before Xmas, so EML informed us, is now, probably, imminent.

BOD is a shambles, and draw their salaries, pension pot payments, perks, with 2 fingers raised aloft to PI's.

Having credit time lines extended means nothing. There is obviously a financial value to lenders, with no cash leaving their vaults.

If there is no profit distribution through divi, what is the point in owning a share. Divis drive long term sp growth. In a chat, the CEO told me the company has no plans to award divis. One day he will learn. One metric for buying shares is P/E ratio. P/E here is not great. If P/E sees low values, a buy indicator, with no prospect of divis, it's a BOD life style company. Many cos have very low p/e, but sp remains stagnant with no divi policy.

It is now, as has already been posted, a Binary Play, for short term players. If EISA drops, there will be a significant up rise in sp, , not to my suggested forecast of 15p, but I can see 8-10p. If this level, or better occurs, I will wait a a day or so for any further upward movement, and then sell, before the obvious fund raise to 'rapidly advance' the project. For the longer term holders, there is considerable risk. I will add further following fund raise, and indeed apply, if open to PI's. This lot have to complete a project, which to date, it has shown a considerable lack of understanding and foresight to complete without further SNAFU.

This is what I have been saying for several years now, both on here and direct to PHE. The most suitable sites for DMG are Waste Recycling/Treatment plants. It already has Class 10 heavy Industrial use, so no problems with planning consent. The feedstock, literally comes through the door. There will be a ready market for the produced H2 when refuse collectors start using FC vehicles. What's not to like. Oh, yes. this BOD placed the building of FOAK in the hands of a 3rd party property developer. I told them what would happen the day it RNS'd the collaboration with Peel. Fools.

Nice to see the that BOD and Broker will have enough cash in the kitty to pay their wages, pension pot, oop expenses for the next 12 months. If The Committee 'plug the plug' on the EISA application in the near future, making an appeal, and then appealing to Intnl Trib Court should safely see them up to the Receivership.

Sorry to be a stickler, but 0.0025 in 'old money' is a farthing, the little one with the Robin on it, a 1/4 of an old penny. EQT is trading at 33 Farthings at present, because the 'new' penny is worth 2.4x the old penny., or c8 old pence.

There has been consistent selling after holiday break in the wake of the significant rise the week before Xmas. I would suggest those buys were a punt, hoping for the long awaited Committee Meeting to discus EISA. That meeting, apparently didn't happen, and so those punters now sell. Some way to go before it returns to pre-punt level.

No amount of rainfall ( except Biblical proportions) can alleviate the ongoing, long term water problems in both The Kingdom, and countless other countries Worldwide. Countries, especially Western, even now, do not fully realise the dangers GW poses. Too little, too late. For The Kingdom has to find alternate sources of water, other than rainfall, for a long term fix. Acting now is still problematic for EML. EML has to find it's own solution, and it's not doing that. The 'big crunch' will come when there aint enough cash in the draw to pay their wages. Be aware of a 'false' RNS saying 'good news is imminent' as the basis for a cash raise from PI's. IIs will laugh at it.

So, 'the main players' are still on board. At what price.? What has BOD agreed to get them to remain on board. ? A lot I would proffer. Of course EML had to announce something, since the 'agreement' was ending, and investors would have drawn their own conclusions. With a massive 'sell off'. If 'main players' had refused to extend agreement, and EML announced it ( by AIM RnR, it would have to do it), carnage, again. Of course, EML will not release 'terms of agreement'. It is over a barrel, and being rogered hard.

The clock is ticking on when the $3.5m will run out. the burn rate of $2.5m pa, suggests c70% of 12 months from June last, so c8mths, which is Feb '24. With the lower 'activity' rate of the company, since waiting for approval , they can't be designing infrastructure, (can they.?), I would hope the burn rate is less. So possibly June '24. The authorities must give us a definite' yes' or 'no' well before that time. PDMR's must have worked on the water problem, and offered solutions?

If we don't here anything by Xmas, I believe the game is up. EML going the intnl Court of Arbitration is a loser. 1) The Court , rarely finds against a Govt, 2) The sour taste left will seriously hinder negotiations going forward if appeal is successful.

This is all negative stuff. Trying to be optimistic I find very difficult.

Finally, the Penny has dropped. New CEO, CFO and soon new Chair. The old lot has a track record of failure, the most notable being, placing the biuld of the FOAK in the hands of a third party. Schoolboy stuff.

There are quite a few problems with PHE, but we now have to see what stuff the new leaders are made of. It will not be an overnight transformation, but at least they can hit the ground running. I hope to see a few RNS that show us long suffering investors, that they really are 'on the ball'.
