My take is this Rev H! $175M EBITDA at 40% = $70M EPS = 61c Divi @50% for H1 = 30.5c = 23.3p If P;E was in line with peer groups then sp should be £10+. The Market is still wary of this company. gige, you have a lot to answer for. lol.

You sound like a very sore loser gige, and no-one is listening. I'm sure if you have a genuine complaint the co will respond and act on it. If there are issues on the co not re-leasing shareholders money, I am certain there would be more than you as a cry in the wilderness.

There was no interim paid last year because of the impending T.O . However, in Aug 2014 at the interim, it paid out a divi of 50%of the net profit for H1, in line with it's policy of paying out 60% for a full year. I believe everyone is confidently expecting a very good interim, except of course T Winnifrith. Will the interim see this sp at £8?

Almost certainly CS, and position probably identified by new CEO. The worrying thing for me is the turnover figure mentioned of £18m. It was nigh on this FY15, and with the acquisitions and Tote contract, was hoping figure would be nearer £21M for FY16. It could be of course, that the co has used 15 figure since it may be in breach of rules on sensitive info if it states FY16 figure which has not been released to the market. However, I doubt that. If the T/O figure is only £18m I am going to be disappointed, and the sp may suffer, and my sp prediction a long way off. It's possible now that BOD salaries and perks are more than co profit!! All will soon be revealed.

Also, the MM's ( I am unsure if we have one or more) is/are playing around with the sp. The ask remains the same at c22p, but the bid moves between 21.5 and 19.5p. At 19.5p today suggest they have enough shares on their books and do not want any sells!! Roll on rns.

I believe this to be a sell Mr BB in light of the drift downwards of sp the following day. It's always difficult with these late reported trades.

And even more interesting CS is that CRU is the 2nd largest investment. I am fairly confident that when prelims announced in a week or so, sp will be significantly higher. And yes, with the £ falling v Eu and $, there will certainly be export opportunities, maybe not so much in Eu, since I believe there will be a certain amount of vindictiveness amongst our former colleagues! Shipping costs to Stateside are minimal per unit, and hopefully new CEO is exploring all revenue avenues. Onwards and Upwards.

this has fallen from 105p in a few months on 'not bad news' - just a few contracts with late signing issues, now resolved. A trading stat, was issued 15July last year, and nowt so far. FYR mid Sept. I'm expecting, and hoping for a 50% upside when finals released. DYOR and all imho of course.

Mr BB posted a month or so ago that he would buy at under 18p, and I expressed my incredulity. duh. I topped up with the recent fall below 20p, and again today, a further top up of 25k shares. If MM's are dropping sp by 8% on the back of 4 sales of 80k, 2 x 30k and a 10k then looking for a 40%+ upside when there are 1/2M buys on prelim. results in a few weeks time.

In other words the company has simply generated cash by issuing £6 million of equity and taking on a stack of bank debt to buy two businesses with incredibly high debtor books it can then squeeze. That is by definition a one off. The bottom line is that the core business at an underlying level once again failed to generate any cash which has been my point all along. TrakM8 generates cash byy buying companies and squeezing debtors not from operations. It will need to keep buying to repeat this year on year. It does not generate cash. It is by definition therefore a poor company. But do not worry about looking beneath the bonnet. That 2p dividend will fool some folks and the shares can be ramped up again so allowing another placing to make another crackers acquisition of a poor business whose debtor book can be squeezed. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. At 250p the market cap is £82 million. For a company that cannot in reality generate any real cash at all from its underlying business that is ludicrous. These are the points TW raised. No doubt Paul Scott is wetting himself as TrakM8 (TRAK) boasts of how pre-tax profits of £3 million leads to cash of £4.45 million being generated in calendar 2015. There is so much cash generated that his Dorset bunnies are paying a 2p per share dividend, even though the company has now moved into net debt. The squeals of Scotty delight in Brighton are almost audible here in Bristol. Except that it is all smoke and mirrors. TrakM8's business remains a **** poor non generator of cash. Let's start with that pre-tax profit number. TrakM8 wants you think that - bosted by two acqusitions - it moved ahead from £1.7 million to £3 million. But hang on Henry what about the capitalised costs. They are costs, cash out of the door are they not? They went up from £861,849 to £1.852639 million. Yup almost 60% of reported Pre-tax profits was in fact down to costs being capitalised rather than charged against the P&L. So I do not give a monkey's arse about reported earnings or earnings growth Lets just look at that £4.447 million that TrakM8 claimed to have generated from operations. Well there is the ongoing capital expenditure, that is not capex to grow the business just to keep it going - that is c£600,000. Then there are those capitalised costs £1.85 million which TrakM8 excludes from its free cashflow number for reasons that are almost impossible to justify. Immediately £4.47 million has become just £2 million. Now I want you to look at trade receivables which have risen by c50% in line with sales to c£7.5 million. Again that is really interesting because the two acqusitions made in 2015 ( one of which has already after six months missed its earnout cluase by a mile) came with incredibly high (relative to sales) amounts owed of c£4 million. I wonder how much of that £7.5 million relates to RouteMonkey and DCS. Especially since a significant amount of earnings will be in USD. A good hedge share. Should be an interesting 12 months for ZTF, and target sp end '17 £3,50, or 32% gain.

Except it said this end of 2014 with the opening of the factory in Southampton. The problem for the co is the fast pace of technology, and customers unwillingness to contract long term when technology may be outdated in months not decades. BOD has lost my confidence it can delver on anything except bonus awards for themselves.

BTW CS, the rns also mentioned the plans for Morrisons to expand it's home d/y service. Lasy years TS was on 29July. so I expect a similar date this year, which might even be delayed because of a much bigger group now. MM's playing their games again,with an 11% spread. Still, at ask of 19.5p, a great price to top up again. Still confident of 26p after results. ( just,lol)

gige, out of interest, the money you obviously lost trading at PLUS, was it in CFD's, Forex or other instruments, or all of them.?

I've been long on PLUS since £2 days a year ago, still long, and making loadsa thank you very much. And interims out in c 4 weeks, and will be over £6.50. Why don't you short them with IG or City Index?? I'm with IG, since I live in S America, and cannot trade with PLUS. I only do leveraged products on shares, since, as you well know, Forex is for fools.

Winnifrith's 'bearcast' today was re-iterating his opinion that the co is not cash generative, and will need to raise cash in the near term, and he states that the appointment of J P Casenove is because it is more adept at raising funds. I am not a Winnifrith fan, and Have accused him many times of riding on the backs of others when he has been proved correct in his outpourings ( QPP to name one). He has however, been very wrong on many occasions. A few weeks ago, he was saying PLUS500 was a 'stonking' short because of a claim by another party that it was involved in dubious un-regulated activities. I wrote to him a few weeks after, asking how much money he had lost on the short, and his reply was 'we all make mistakes'. It would be welcome though, since there has been a significant fall in sp, and remarks made by a 'journalist'?. Winnifrith, if the BOD could issue an rns confirming or denying allegations.
