Formal communication between the Board and private shareholders is principally through the Annual General Meeting. Year on year Smart Eye AB (publ)'s net income fell 237.79% from a loss of 12.40m to a larger loss of 41.90m despite revenues that grew 6.03% from 40.74m to 43.20m. An increase in the cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales from 22.49% to 58.04% was a component in the falling net income despite rising revenues.

Why have Companies like BMW come over to us? Its price or Tech and iam thinking tech.

What speed does supercruise work at hands free and what safe speed is theirs? Sure was said once that they cant take the hands off the wheel over 50kmh?

What is the direct comparison on speed with both Companies?

More auto wins

I’m personally confident that Seeing Machines will soon announce some huge auto wins: Toyota, FCA and Volvo. Other OEMs that I believe will fall to Seeing Machines include: Mazda, Honda, Subaru and Audi.

Indeed, in a previous note (published 19th June) Jha confirmed: “We believe that Smart Eye has been launched in first generation models of BMW, Audi and Jaguar Land Rover. At the time, Seeing Machines wasn’t allowed to bid for BMW and Audi as they were tied with Takata’s commitment to GM. However, we understand that Seeing Machines have now displaced Smart Eye in second generation BMW and we expect they will replace Smart Eye on future Audi models too. As we have highlighted previously, Seeing Machines has more robust licensing model with two offerings: Software and System on Chip (SoC), the latter allowing OEMs to deploy DMS across models more quickly and efficiently. Smart Eye doesn’t have its own silicon expertise and is heavily reliant on Aptiv to win platforms.”

1.5 million buys against about 250k sells today. 920,000 buys last half hour including a 500,000 buy so lets hope thats a rumble?

Ive bought from 3p-13p so lots at different averages in batches. Average about 6.25p overall but i take comfort in some big boys with 100 million + shares and Panmures 28p valuation just on Auto.

This just needs a few bits of positive news on the negotiations/trials and sure we will be back up there very soon.

I had a big top up 6.5-7p recently. We know its all slotting into place on Auto and should win most of the big boys with confirmations soon.

Its about time we had some news and good news at that.

Sebs Let’s not hope so I was thinking about time we had an October RNS and shoot the price up to 7-8p or higher again.

Seeing That’s a great list of customers. If they get half of the OEMs then that’s certainly world domination in the DMS market. That’s about every major on there. Also interestingly that the other still adds up to as big as GM and BMW combined aswell. Let’s hope these contracts start coming out as confirmed deals with RNS now.
