I had a place on the Palme in Dubai years back, early June 2008 i think. Only a 2 bed appt. Owned with a m8 who bought originally for £250,000. He wanted the money so i reluctantly agreed.

Loosing £500,000 in 7 weeks taught me a lesson. You've not lost a penny until you've sold as things go up & down.

Placing at 3p will hover around that, but snapped up by the bargain hunters.

Surely the market will decide what they want in cars? Most systems will be optional extras to start with. Super cruise started at 18% take up, now upto 50%. With more exposure & advertising overvtime should climb higher. Some manufacturers will be aT some point like bmw offering this years model with SEYE in and the latest model with SEE tech in. These stats will be analyzed to death Iam sure by the manufacturer. Meanwhile in the showroom. For me its all down to what comes out by July. If looks very promising with big % win, then Iam sitting seeing what comes out to end of 2019. If that looks promising, has to be interest from a buyer surely?
Thats the only way we get true value. I cant see us sitting collecting our 10p dividends by 2025 i must admit.
