i think them not making the September deadline is pretty much a given imo

i think the chinese guy who lent us the money will end up with this, i cant be bothered looking back but i would guess one of his companys has provided the concentator the BOD will let this go for next to nothing and all end up with a sweet pay off but no cute deals just when i thought it wa getting better lol

i would be made up with 15 -20p However because i am a cynical old fart im more inclined to think we go under, the chinese chap we have the loan with ends up as some kind of prefered creditor and picks the mine up for a song. trust me no one hopes im wrong as much as i do

just to add my thanks for your efforts Gibbo. I had pretty much written this off and have to agree with HiggyP that unfortunatly I fear some dodgy deal being worked in the background but I shall try and remain optimistic

we definatly need some answers, fair play to gibbo for emailing the company. The RNS's are poor and contain very little information they must have some obligation tokeep shareholders informed. I would be intrested to know who the creditor is, is it the milkman or maybe "a consultant" I have become very cynical concernng this company, maybe the only consolation I can take from this is the creditor feels there is some value and so took shares, of course he may have just sold them at a small profit I thought the previous fella running the show was bad ok ill shut up now
