A placing will solve Hummingbird problems : 1) Present financial problems 2) Humm future by diluting CIG (Nioko) ,the major shareholder 42% and stopping them to take over ....a $ 10 million emergency loan to CIG is due by September, if that is converted in shares, Betts can hand over the keys to CIG . If I recall the last placing was in December last year $30 million , Cig was more than happy to take $ 25 million worth of shares at the previous day SP .

Probably a placing to take place ,Humm needs to prove it worth as an investment . Lets see.....TIC TOC TIC TOC TIC...TOC.

CIG emergency loan $10 million to settle Corica is due on September. What will happen when Corica will want the rest of money $20 million more.

I am not convinced....the way I read that ...they just got another loan at 12% , for the interests needed to be paid on the existing loan...

Since you want to discuss Humm...I have a few questions..when do you think the finances will be sorted? Sould we expect a Friday RNS? Will there be a placing or Betts will just hand over the keys to CIG?

A friend of mine was very confused.... $ 3.4 million at Hummingbird gold price $ 2075 oz ,should be around....1,638 oz and not 74 oz ? He is missing something here? Since when 74 OZ of gold are worth $3.4 millions?

Yep....as you can see nobody is touching this.....until finances are sorted this dog is going only downwards.

For the derampers over here....since I sold part of my holdings in Humm on 9 August I reinvested them in other holdings I have GROW and HE1 ....GROW my main core holding and HE1 as punt about to fly...lets talk about in couple of weeks....see where this is....
