This is interesting,....probably that loan is Nioko Resources loan now... so by September when the loan is due, converted into shares ,Nioko will have over 50% of the shares....maybe this is a good for Hummingbird.

With Hummingbird the future is always bright ......the past and the present sucks .

Yanfolila digging underground now ...mined ores Q1 -2024 , Q2-2024 over t 160.000 less with t 100.000 then normal quarter...less ores mined to process, even if the ore grades improves(Q1 1.61 Q2 1.31) is still less gold extracted....still losing money

Kourousa ....full capacity , ore process optimistically over t 300.000 ,still raining season over there,grades improves from q1 1.08, Q2 -1.17, let's say 1.25 g/t .....Gold produced around 11.000 oz , and this is a happy scenario ...

So both mines are under 20.000oz , at high AISC probably still at a loss for Q3-2024....and the debt and dilution are still going ahead eating away the SP.

For2itus ...I read the same crap ,since 2 years ago ...from a punt you become a ,,long term investor'' but when the results are going from bad to worse ,you pull the plug....I believe are many ,, long term investors'' in here holding at 15 SP and still hopping .....reality ...debts ,dilutions and most important NO GOLD extracted will reflect in SP ...1p.

But hey...if you did your homework and you are convinced ....Hummingbird is your gold ticket.

The last results for the quarter were 13,5 mil losses ....and the gold poured ...less and less half of Q1-2023 at over 12,000 oz from 2 mines....do some reading people...the POG has nothing to do with Humm gold.... they sold their gold at $ 2075 oz .

A friend of mine had told me ....If Nioko Resources benefits from a private placement for... lets say $30 M it will have over 50% of the votes (now they have around 42%) and Coris bank ,the partner ,all the power ...the Hummingbird can fly wherever she wants ....What that even means I don't really know.

And by the look of it ....you get Coris you get CIG or Nioko ....

How beneficial is a similar deal with Humm ? Can someone elaborate...

Great input....can I ask ....where is the profit from the other mine ....Yanfolila? Operated for many years and producing gold. Why are the shareholders getting diluted if the cost of the mine is covered by loans?

Really....fantastic opportunity....the only problem Betts has a different calculator ....from RSN Kouroussa Q2-2024 ,Ore processed t 234,706.....at 2.64 g/t .....result gold poured 7,789 oz .....sold at US 2075 oz.

Bushy ...your results are astonishing , almost double the reality at the mine....you should be on charge of Humm ....the SP will be at least 30p by now....
