Eastern Mongolia has enough oil to meet domestic demand and supply China. It’s not a binary choice.

Take it easy, you might want to research chinas belt and road initiative a bit to understand their policy objectives. So it’s highly likely PC will look to acquire block 20 and merge 19/20/21.

My view is PC will focus upon the new blocks closer to the border and will build a pipeline to China or transport the oil via to Russia-Mongolia- China pipeline
