Oracle down another 5% today, stock always pops up with his wild narrative. That’s my point about traders. Lots of them are bitter twisted vengeful and nasty.

If we work on a $40 margin. If we produce 1500 that’s $22 million on fcf. Basically above our current market capitalisation.

So so much upside here.

Investor 33, I don’t agree. Statistically, apart from trading desks at big financial institutions, all traders lose. They may have the odd success, which they shout from the roof tops. Net, they lose lose lose. Hence why many are bitter and twisted. I’ve been around long enough to know how they goad and say “well this is down again” but aren’t around at the end.

I bought a few commercials in north Manchester over 20 years ago. My brother said “it’s a s**t hole”. Some friends laughed and said “it’ll always be a dump round there”. Not anymore. I’m sat on prime real estate now. My neighbour sold at what he thought was “the top of the market”. It’s up another 40% since.

My advice. Buy and hold. Wait.
