Is Hedgie closing? Thong about NAH is that it will likely benefit from a deregulated Brexit UK with employers cutting corners to try to make up for the loss of EU business ....

Strikes me that there is a little hedge fund crawling around here keeping the price down and wanting to get below 120 as the previous low before results are out .... .... if the hedgie wants to pay my 7p dividend it is his choice .... but he won't want to hence the spike up to 160 from the lows early in the year.

I buy in small amounts over a period of time .... so picked some up today at 127 ... so averaging is natural .. what is unnatural is making a big deal out of it ....

"If it wasn't for the strength of the rand" - One of the arguments that came out of the USA was that with weak rand - South African miners didn't need so much money ... seemed a daft reason to me - but if so - you can't have it both ways. No-one looks to be selling this share ... and the MMs failed attempts to make a few buys this morning looks like sells will not be fooling anyone ....

These results are really quite outstanding.

My average is 142p .... I bailed a bunch at 145 from 140 and reboot sub 130 which helped the post divi fall very nicely so tucked in for a boost which looks to be on the cards :)

If the stuff was good - it might seem the crime of the century ;)

Effective from 1 July 2016 the life-of-operation decreased to nine years (2015 financial year: 28 years) as a result of the cessation of mining operations at Lesedi Mine following the International Ferro Metals business rescue plan. In the event the Lesedi mining operation is reopened, the life-of-operation will be reassessed and adjusted as the right to the PGE’s in the Lesedi resource remains contractually secured by Phoenix Platinum. So Phoenix has the potential for 9-27 years life seems good business to me.

Volspruit Platinum Exploration The Company is pleased to announce that it received notification from the DMR that the Mining Right ("MR") to mine PGM's, gold, copper, nickel and chrome was granted on 28 June 2017. Sylvania will now take steps to execute and register the right at the Mining Titles Office. Grasvally Chrome Exploration The Company received communication from the DMR that the appeal against the granting of the EA, lodged by interested and affected parties ("I&AP's") was set aside on 20 June 2017. Accordingly the EA for processing the waste rock dumps stands but activities cannot yet commence until such time as the approval of the WUL from the Department of Water and Sanitation ("DWS") is received and a MR is granted. This is pretty positive stuff .. suggests that Phoenix processing will add to bottom line with additional feeds from local mines ... growth will likely be rapid going forward ... question is whether a placing for more shares and more capital will be needed.
