I bailed most beginning of March around ex divi time … buying back now …

A sector bear raid this morning by the looks ... what has Trump said now .....

"SP should drop by 1.59p" ... always nice when a stock goes blue on Ex Divi day .. the clue in my view was the 5.1 million share exchange reported at around 12.27 today ... short closing I suspect ... one never knows until direction confirms it.

Divi cuts are happening throughout the sector … no ifs no buts … need to just get on with it …and move on.

I grabbed a few today … not many … I had a large position here this time last year but with Red Rochester was not happy so bailed … Li-Cycle was also a problem … but think it sorted.

I wasn’t keen on a wind down last year …. But this year is different.

Comparing March 2025 with March 2026 …. The RCF needed to be increased by £17 million … so there is the divi cut … higher interest payments and lower forward energy prices … had to happen.

10% rebased dividend gives 40p target. Curiosity is the 2.76p up lift to NAV suggesting a £13 million profit in raising £72.5 million … for 145 MW of sale … meaning that NESF had a proportion of the asset combined with debt tied with the asset … needs to tie in with a battery fund or wind down in my view. I’ll top up more at 40p.

No-one got my graph 3 comment … the dashed curve should translate back in time from the cessation of subsidies because of the assumed investment going forwards …. It follows that a new curve is required working back because the the figures do not show the cash that would accumulate if reinvestment were not undertaken meaning higher returns before the cessation of subsidies.

Looks like misleading to me - and annoys me when a company misleads …
