Fairly muted response SP wise, however, I'm well chilled now. Unless I'm missing something, everything is now back in SAVP's control, ie MC done, court approval done, signatures for the 7E stuff either done or at least legal commitment to sign, so (famous last words), 'what could possibly go wrong?' Our time cometh!

On a serious note, I can't see £1 by this Christmas. I'd be delighted with 50p and am not too optimistic that I'll see that figure by this Christmas either. However, everything come's to those that wait and I'd be disappointed (subject to the 7E deal going through obviously) if we weren't at or very close to £1 by next Christmas. Not too long to found out with regards to this Christmas!

Thanks for the update Agadem. Is it therefore your understanding that everything is going on nicely in the background and that there's a decent chance of an RNS on 18/11/2019 that will confirm that the outstanding long form documentation relating to the transaction is complete, the court has approved the restructure and the taxes have been paid to GoN to ensure the terms of the MC are adhered to? I know it's just an 'opinion' but I'd be interested if you think I'm on the right lines?

I'll have to settle for 2 out of 3, to be fair, best team won today. C'mon SAVP, lets have a stonking RNS asap!

C'mon, get real. Insider trading is a criminal offence, no-one in their right mind would 'spill the beans' in such a public way if they really did know something that would shift the SP materially. It wouldn't take much investigating to find out who people are behind their avatars on here. SteveE60 is just stirring the pot for a bit of fun. Don't buy or sell based on anything you read here or on any other BB, research yourself and then you can only blame yourself/pat yourself on the back if you're wrong/right. Even brokers don't have a clue, what's the current SP views of brokers, somewhere between 10-28p a mere 280% spread!

fair enough shareideas. For me, the granting of MC was the biggest enhancer of this deal completing. I'd personally put the odds more like 90/10 in favour of a deal but I guess it's all subjective. I take your point also about brokers revisiting their targets as each 'milestone' is achieved. Hopefully it'll all be wrapped up by the end of this month, or certainly the quarter at the latest.

Seems a bit stingy, I thought their previous parameters last time were something like 7p (no 7E deal), 56p (7E deal). Since then the chances of the deal completing have increased markedly with the granting of MC. Very odd....
