These are my back of the envelope sums for BMN gross profit:

Annual production 4000 tonnes V = 11 tonnes per day
Gross margin = 42,000 USD - 26, 000 USD per tonne = 16,000 USD per Tonne

Total = 176,000 USD per day, or 1.4Million USD per week.

How does this compare us with something like Ferro-Alloy Resources (MCAP 45M GBP) ?

Can someone estimate the daily profit that we are currently making per day at these Vanadium prices ?

Thnks but luck is not what is needed. Patience only is needed when the assets and prospects of the company are this good.

If the SP breaks above 5.45p then I expect that it may well go to 6p, the next major resistance point.

UKsteve - it's to do with churning by short term traders who jump in and out for a percent profit, instead of holding for the bigger gains. This carries on for only so long because as time goes on and the SP stays at this level the long term averages catch up with and then are exceed by the short term ones, at which point more and more longer term investors see that the technicals are pointing in the right direction for an eventual break out.

Whilst the SP is being held at 5p the upward technical pressure is just building more and more
