The cvc and elliot bids were not final on until 10 April IIRC.

"The Group received proposals for the RoW Business from a number of prospective counterparties, however the proposals did not meet the value level required by the Group's lenders"

Your previous quote is older and does not specifically note the ROW Valuation we are discussing. I am talking in riddles because I do not want to spend any time trying to convince anyone, including yourself, to buy, sell, or hold any shares. The voting deadline is unchanged and only the meeting deadline moved. I we can only assume they need more time to finalize the UK leg of the proceedings. The UK restructuring Plan and other Ancillary proceedings we are still in the dark with.
