@retail, the conditions for the offers are made by CINE. They specifically mentioned the offer goes through them, not the lender groups.

They could loosen up by allowing non cash offers, offers on just parts of the group, etc. Maybe the judge can tell them to loosen the requirements.

All the loan of the ROW is now in the hands of the Ad Hoc Lenders and is inside the DIP. IF Someone magically offers to buy 'the Group' by paying/taking over all the debt, ROW will be owned by the shareholders debt free.

If no one buys, 'the group's debt will be converted to equity and divided amongst the lenders based on seniority.
