Price target .
Basically, people have just stuck their finger in the air and plucked out targets of 10p, 20p, 50p, ££s..etc.
It's pretty meaningless and I wonder if people have tested themselves empirically and dispassionately on this by honestly looking at their historic predictive accuracy with shares.
I'm no different to some, but probably got more experience in seeing these types of shares over 30 years than many. It's still all guesswork.
But I can tell you for a fact that shareholders have a tendency of subjectively being way over optimistic with their investment.
Like at the moment with Cizzle - we know what the potential is, and so does the Market, so why isn't that factored in?
Imo it IS factored in to an extent, because the market has been told time and time again by Cizzle/CizBio/Behnke that big-scale sales of product are going to be difficult and slow, and it costs money.
My personal prediction is it this will blip up to an MC of circa 15- 30 million (share price of approx 5-10p ish but then fallback as revenues are going to take ages.
Thereafter I am not sure what could happen. It could trundle along needing fundraisers and never getting much further , maybe future positive developments in other areas that push it to another level.
So, my guess is that it'll be about 4 to 6p this time next year (and maybe that is optimistic)
