Thank you weedavemac. What I particularly like about the gambling venture is that getting in front of people is the hardest (one of the hardest?) things with any business and they have a ready made audience with their partners. I really, really like that aspect of what they are doing.

Thank you lostmoney. I must be honest that your posts here are one of the reasons I had not invested until today. That said a healthy balance between good and bad views is what is important and I know that I try and look at shares I have invested in and try and mentally block out the positives to understand what may go wrong. Hats off to you sir (or madam). And good luck so that one day you may become "mademoney" rather than "lostmoney" as far as MOS goes.

Hello. I don't currently hold any shares and have followed this company for a while. Was tempted to buy in when I saw the recent EGM but I am not much of a trader so I did not as I did not see it working and if it did probably not benefiting smaller holders.

Been going through the recent RNSs and I know they are doing a buy back of shares but away from the RNSs that have been released has the company suggested that there maybe a special dividend or any other near term (1 year?) way that they will pass some of what looks like a very good cash position to the owners of the company.

I see that as something that makes this very interesting at the current level when combined with their projects.

"Reabold will receive £4.4 million for the final tranche, which follows the £8.3 million already received by the Company. Reabold intends to use the proceeds received to advance the development of assets across its portfolio, as well as distributing excess cash to shareholders."

Heid. Genuine question. Do you currently hold shares in UJO?

Not at all. Never even contacted the company.

Why do you say that? Surely its not because I am the first person on this board for a long time who wants the company to do well and is genuinely excited about the current opportunity.

Surely it is okay for a small investor to post their views (I even said that I bought some and happy to share when I add more) even though most people just come on this board to moan?

Apologies. Not meant to be patronising. The issue with all small companies, in my opinion, is that until they have something that works they don't have anything that works.

We all have investments where we are underwater and we all also have investments that we have done well from, sometimes from luck, sometimes from being in the right place right time, etc. Some we keep and some we sell.

Good example was HE1 for me where everyone hated it early Jan and I could not believe my luck when I sold it for a roughly 200% profit after buying it around Christmas time. If I had kept that I would have gone on to see a 8x increase (something like that). If I had the nerve to keep it after I sold it I would have done unbelievably well but I would have still sold it below the price which loads of investors hold it at.

I see MOS as offering a decent return at the current level and this is meant to be a board where people can talk about the company and where it's heading alongside the other things that get discussed.

Lol! Good come back. Apologies if my "frozen" comment was a bit harsh. I doubt they would have the betting venture without ME and since that's the thing that convinced me to invest I would be disappointed with that.

Have read a bit about Quanta but it was a while ago now (2+ years?) so probably have to put that down to history. I am more interested in where they are heading rather than where they have been and that new money in the RNS would not have been available without the betting business as £400K of it came from the people providing the platform. As a side note I understand a little that there is history with the people involved but that's always the way in any industry sector as people build relationships with people over time. I spent some time going through their website and WA.Technology seem to be a good and serious partner who probably have the betting system pretty much ready to go. If they can stick in £400K for being a key part of the project my £1K which will probably end up being a total position of about £5K does not seem that mad. Another thing to think about with the betting venture is that without the betting business they would not be getting these revenues which are hopefully going to take them to breakeven.

"MOS will sign service agreements with both Bet and Talk and the expected contracted fee arrangements from these agreements for services provided to Bet and Talk are expected to generate substantial revenue for the Company. MOS expects the combined impact of these agreements to get the Company to cash breakeven within 12 months"

Maybe its time to do a Frozen on Quanta and "let it go"...

Thanks Bfdinvestor. That's what I thought. Will leave the timing of trading shares to others and buy some and see how it goes.

Thank you. Feel for any longer term holders as don't think the strategy has been quite right (that's not a criticism but what I think) but it was 2 things that made me start an investment. Firstly this gambling venture could be very big if done right. Second thing was, which goes against some recent comments here, is the cash position. That was the convincer for me - this bit from Decembers RNS:

"The Directors have prepared a cashflow projection which indicates that the cash balances of £0.9m at 30 June 2023 and anticipated cashflows including the £675,000 proceeds from the recent funding round are expected to cover the Company's working capital requirements for the foreseeable future."

At the end of the day most these companies have ups and downs but the main thing is what price you bought it at and my buy today has got to be worth a shot.

Not guilty! Only joined LSE today that's correct. Pretty sure I am allowed to join a public board to talk about companies I have invested in. For clarity I only started buying some AIM stocks in January this year as I have held loads of AIM companies off and on for 30 years but in recent years have been investing elsewhere (thankfully). My theory is that the AIM market will either come to life this year or next and if not then it will probably die a death. P.S. Never spoken to Mr Bramhill.

Thanks itsawrap. Never any certainties with any companies big or small but seems a decent investment IMO. Main reason is the cash position won't directly help shareholders (IMO again) but it does mean they don't need to go to the market. If they can develop existing projects and add new projects, with this cash, both of which they seem to be doing, I am hoping that gets the market a little more excited.

Anyone with any good reasons NOT to invest in KOD at this level? Have read up all the RNSs going back to when the SP started to pick up about a year ago and looks like a decent investment to me at this level. If anyone has any good reasons not to invest be grateful if you can share. Thanks all.

Morning team. Bought my first batch of MOS shares just now. Just over 1.7m shares. Been following this company for a while but could not pull the trigger (in part down to all the comments here) but to me looks like its worth the risk looking forward not back. If they can pull off this betting venture it should do very well on that alone. Good luck all.

There's your answer! Bought starter holding in UJO yesterday and whilst its not a perfect company (most AIM companies are not!) for anyone patient think it has a decent chance as an investment. Plan to add more next few weeks.
