Great RNS today. Friday was a good day too. Happy times ahead. Good luck all.
Nice to see the SP heading in the right direction. Good luck all genuine investors.
One observation which is worth sharing (after my concerns earlier on the cost of the OTC listing).
In the last few months DB has delivered this OTC listing, tried an investment in the BCE and also the new projects in the USA alongside doing the existing things that the company needs to progress. Whatever people think of him I think that he deserves credit as many, many small company CEOs appear to do very little from an external perspective and at least he is trying different things to give shareholders some return in their investment.
I think that he deserves credit for that as many could just take the salary and not create that additional work for themselves.
Well done Mr Bramhill and keep it up!
"The fee for listing on OTCQB markets is $15,600 per annum, with a one-time application fee of $5,000."
Well if that is accurate (and the professional fees, e.g. an annual IR fee, are not much higher) then I think that this is 100% worth a shot!
As explained in my posts today the cost V benefit is my only concern. Will leave you all in peace now. ☮️
I hope it helps. 100%.
Does anyone know how much something like this costs a company to set up / annually?
Karina1: "I see the naysayers have started already Unreal". Assume that is directed at me as I think I have made the only post that is not 100% positive?
Fair comment I made and just wanted to debate this with holders. My point is simply if its costly my gut feeling is that money could be better spent elsewhere. I am a holder!!!
I am quite surprised to see the OTC listing.
Without wanting to be attacked, my only concern would be how much does this cost as realistically is it going to create any real volume? Could that cost be better spent elsewhere? If it's say £10,000 a year worth trying it but if much more maybe not?
I have always thought these OTC listings were attempts at getting some life into a share price but UJO is different in that it does not need to raise.
Looking forward to seeing if this generates any volume / price benefit as I have never really followed the benefit of companies doing these OTC listings.
The 1.8m, 5.8m and 1m are all very likely buys and the other 2 small trades are likely sells.
I am 100% sure that the 1.8m was a buy 😊.
Good morning UJO team. Lovely to see the share price heading in the right direction. I am looking forward to seeing how the USA drilling goes and as has been said by others that could be the project that helps turn this share price around near term. Good luck all.
Morning POW holders. Been following this company for a while and took the plunge this morning. Seems like a brilliant way to play a variety of projects and much easier than trying to invest in some of the individual holdings. Good luck all.
Silversprings. Thank you for that post. Its along the lines of what I was thinking although I could not have put it down on paper as clearly. I would be interested if any of the more informed investors could shed any light on that also.
Perhaps we should let the company explain what comes next, where they are at, etc....?
Appreciate that there is a lot of history here between the different posters and also the company has made mistakes (as most companies do) however for anyone genuinely interested in the future and like me excited about bet why don't we just let the company sell themselves to us over the coming weeks and months?
I would like to point out that they must have had a pretty good pitch to raise that £300K last week and we are not seeing loads of selling so there is clearly support for the strategy. And importantly the company is very well cashed up for it's market cap so there is plenty of breathing space.
Perhaps this is a false dawn but to me it looks like the company has everything they need to become successful and we will just have to see if they can do it.
Thanks Citytilidie. That all makes sense. Its certainly looking like there is a great deal of potential and the company is in financially great shape.
Nothing unexpected and the main positives I take from them are:
1) Cash is approx £1.2m (407 + 337 + 115 + 330 + 25 = 1214, against a market cap of £2.7m)
2) "We remain on track to reach operational profitability on a monthly basis during this year"
In terms of a negative I would like to understand a little more on the progress of the new venture which I think is a reasonable comment.
In summary assuming they are making good progress on the betting venture (there will be a large range of opinions here no doubt) then at this price it looks like a good "bet".
Good luck all.
Citytilidie. Thanks for the advice. I will leave the haters to it.
I think we all agree the £25K is low from £100K but is it not more accurate to put it in the context of they raised £300K + £30K and only offered an additional £100K through a broker option? So they wanted a total of £430K and they raised £355K?
Lothbury. Quite surprised that was so low. I think your fee comment is disingenuous though.
I would imagine fees to raise money are around 5% so on £300K+ £25K that would be £16.25K if it was 5%. Doubt the subscription would have any fees attached to it. The fees would not be greater than £25K as you suggest.
But let's not let facts get in the way of having a pop at the company Lothbury!
Thanks Citytilidie. That's a good slide.
Lothbury. No comms here with company. I maybe wrong and the broker option may raise very little but to me they have clearly sold a good story to get the £300K + £30K (placing + subscription) on top of what they already have and I hope that we get to hear more about it in the near future. I am looking forward to seeing if the broker option is full and very much looking forward to seeing some more details from the company about what they are doing.
Hello MOS team.
Maybe a bit of fun when we wait for the broker option announcement?
Anyone want to guess the amount that they will have raised with this?
I am going for the full £100,000 (i.e. over subscribed) and I would imagine a few will say low amounts.
My guess is RNS with that today or early next week so post your guesses here...
