My guess is they are sat together typing as maybe JB is better at typing than ME? Really impressed with it and they just need to keep pushing forward with what they are doing.

On the RNS I note a change in approach and perhaps this is the influence of the new NED? Better to crack on with the business and under promise then over deliver rather than the other way around. I maybe wrong with the biggest partner comment earlier as don't know enough about football but looking at the old RNSs (before my time) they did have a deal with the national team. I am a rugby fan and if any of you have ever booked hospitality for that you will know that the prices are quite breath taking. It's probably the same with football.

Was not expecting this; personally I had just been focusing on the progress of the betting side of the business.

Happy to be corrected but I think that this is the largest partner that they have announced in terms of NFTs and I think it is both interesting and wise that it is being done on a different commercial model to the previous deals. So no money / stock initially but test it out and see if both parties work to make it a success then take it from there.

I have read about NFTs being used for things like premium nightclub memberships and often thought that they could be used as a better way of ticketing so this sounds like an interesting angle.

Scotty - my posts here are just my views. They are not checking or intended for quite that level of scrutiny LOL. I said if not when as nothing is certain but I would not be invested if I did not see a good chance. Over and out for the day now as have lots to do.

I don't think that there is much to spin to be honest. Bottom line is that a year ago they did not have Bet which is launching next few weeks according to the recent RNS. Options are double current price but need to be even higher for them to have any value. It is better than increasing the cash paid to management (they do need to be paid despite what some retail punters think). I have not seen any forecasts that you mention - I have tried to estimate cash, cash burn, revenue, etc and think things probably look okay.

Happy with that RNS also! No issue in my view rewarding management if they can deliver on the companies objectives and then that results in a higher share price. To be fair they probably need the share price to be 50% above the option price which is approx 200% higher than today to have any value in the options. Nothing not too like with that.

I would guess something like that is between 1 and 3 months but obviously beta does not mean not being used with real money and starting to earn from it. Lots of things in tech have beta launches so it it sensible and normal as we discussed yesterday.

Maybe one day we can meet in person Amtech (e.g. if MOS becomes a tremendous success so we organise an investors social gathering) as I would love to know why you hate them so much as you put in more effort with your bashing than I have seen with any other stock.

Reading up on the tech partner for Bet and trying to research is anything is visible online for Estadio Bet and it is not from what I can see. I expect to see something online before the end of June so that's exciting for me.

And then the Brazil Betsat link as I think this is built on the tech partner platform so when we see the new Estadio Bet service we can see if it is similar although obviously with the Estadio brand:

If Estadio Bet can get 1 million users in the first year then I will be over the moon with that and given that the MOS partner Capital Media has something like c. 20 million in their existing audience I cant see that being too hard. I don't know know enough about margins for betting companies but I understand they are very attractive.

I don't think that you can draw that conclusion even though it very obviously suits your narrative. Assuming it is one of the brokers taking stock rather than cash for the annual fee (often it is this) then the simple reality is that they have staff, offices, etc and many of them are financially constrained at the best of times. They just do not hold stock for any length of time. You can check this yourself by reviewing any of their accounts and remember we are not dealing with Citibank or Goldman Sachs at this end of the market!

Issue of Shares & TVR

The Directors of Mobile Streams Plc announce the issue of 62,353,128 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in settlement of advisory fees. The shares will be issued at £0.000425 per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made for a total of 62,353,128 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will be effective from 20th May 2024. Following Admission there will be a total of 6,424,115,963 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, 6,424,115,963 under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Its the same number of shares that were issued recently. Maybe the annual broker fee or similar? They did not announce the recipient of the shares but no company would do that. Better paid as stock rather than cash in lots of ways. What is more interesting is that from the rsp the price looks like it will go up with any decent buying even after that larger ish block was dumped on the market.

Citytilidie. I 100% agree with that summary you kindly shared. Anyone that works with technology knows that this is a big moment and the only sensible way to launch a new service. As to the low volume of trades my view is just that many don't understand MOS as in my view what they are actually doing is pivotal for the future.

Appreciate that the history has been hard for some shareholders but from my research the betting venture could totally transform this company into a seriously valuable investment and from the update today that's another big tick on my list.

Without any doubt for me the small cap share that offers the most potential. Disclaimer: as with all shares there is obviously risks, DYOR, etc...

"Show me the money" - you probably need to wait a little longer as according to the RNS it is going into beta before the end of Q2, i.e. this month.

Personally I am very pleased to see an AIM company doing what they say they will do and with tech things can move at a pace so let's see where this goes over the next few months.

They would be absolutely nuts to launch a brand new service of any description but especially with card payments and the betting functionality without a period of beta first.
