All is not well at Jade Road Investments (JADE), the small AIM-listed Asia debt fund struggling to find out what has happened to its second-largest investment.

Shares in the investment company, formerly known as Adamas Finance Asia, crashed 31%, or 4.5p, to 9p on Friday after the discovery of a restructuring in Fook Lam Holdings, in which JADE holds a $26.5m convertible bond.

JADE said it was likely it would have to make a partial or full provision against the total $29.1m value of the bond that accounts for over a quarter, or 27%, of its assets.

They have CLNs up to £500k yes... But there is a big problem in this. NE10 also don't have any money. So they need to start selling the CLN in order to lend anymore money. The information is out there. I've posted plenty useful information for people here as a warning. If this was going to be such a good turnaround story then the likes of Leon Hogan wouldn't be involved at 99.9% discount. Its disgusting actually. Look for companies where the directors are aligned with shareholders. Not stocks like this which have continously failed on any measurable metrics.

The new GCG director is Paul Carroll who is a director of NE10, the ludicrously cheap stock has been given to Leon Hogan, the NE10 founder. It absolutely stinks

The company is rumoured to be in litigation and i struggle to see why anyone thinks the pie in the sky figures you talk about are at all realistic

GCG has no money and no asset so no one would pay a premium, certainly not £1m+ let alone £5m+ for that especially given you can list for less than £500k without the mass dilution at 99.9% discount to the current price from known scammer Leon Hogan.

I can't wait to hear why you think NE10 or GCG on their own or combined will command a £30m+ valuation. Honestly its going bust within the months ahead
