Suspicious activity indeed12 Sep 2025 10:16
What Happened
On 4 June 2025, Golden Rock Global said in an RNS that 4,550,000 subscription shares would be admitted “by 30 June 2025, at the latest.” That didn’t happen. No update was given until 11 September 2025, when the company said admission would instead be around 15 September 2025.
Why This Is a Problem
The June statement set a clear expectation of admission by 30 June.
Once that date passed, the information was wrong.
The company didn’t correct it quickly, leaving the market misinformed.
Heavy trading in early September suggests investors thought the shares were already admitted.
Possible Rule Breaks
1. MAR Article 17 – not sharing important information quickly, leaving a misleading impression.
2. LR 1.3.3R – information given turned out to be misleading or false.
3. LR 1.3.4R – failure to correct the market once the June statement was out of date.
4. Orderly market – confidence in the market was damaged by not clearing this up.
