Would just be nice to get a little news from someone over at the company.

Interestingly (as a follow up to previous threads), the notice on EDL's website ("All enquiries concerning your shareholding should be directed to the Company's Registrar, Link Asset Services.") was totally useless. Seeking access, I explained clearly that my holding was thought HL and thus they responded:
"As your shares are held through Hargreaves Lansdown you will not be able to access the online share portal through us. Please contact Hargreaves Lansdown directly for any details regarding your holding".
They didn't seem to be aware that their company was being identified as triage service for EDL's total lack of shareholder communication.
If we hadn't had a little rise today, I would have begun to think the lights were dimming to off.

Many thanks, Pete! As my wife pointed out I wasn't turning 48... I was entering my 49th year; had been quite relaxed until that point! ??
Clearly a positive RNS would have been asking too much, but I’ll settle for movement in the blue direction!

Any thoughts on this morning's RNS?

Have to say I’m not into supplying Facebook with any more data to mine about me (no pun intended. ok, maybe....). One thing the poll HAS done is to kickstart the match-the-name-to-the-screenname game :)))

Had a reply from LR re his LinkedIn update stating that as it didn’t contain price sensitive info it didn’t warrant an RNS. Which is probably true as otherwise it would have breached the rules... just passing on for info.

Bobby, that’s the first time I’m responding in your favour.

Next RNS expected to address general admin/Covid efficiencies... nothing more and nothing market-shaking. The “big / test results” RNS won’t be for another few months or so... per LR last week.
Of course, that could all be BS. But I’ll take LR’s word over BB hypothesis. At least the former might be based on data that no one on this side of the equation has seen! :))

From what LR suggested last week, I reckon an update will come tomorrow or next Friday (end of month).

The call I had with LR was a week ago tomorrow. He suggested a pre-results update on general status was forthcoming but implied it would be out in weeks not days... if we have heard nothing by end of next week I will reach out again. Until then, I'm happy to wait.

Am currently in email correspondence with Link Asset Services to gain access to their website... have explained why... let's see if there's any more information behind the door... I don't have an IVC (any ideas?) so couldn't get past the registration.
