MrNation - not sure. I guess there will be a limit based on the current capacity of the washer/infrastructure; not sure if there are any limits tied to their license. If we can reach 10k/month and the demand/capacity is there, why not more!

I would think there are 3 main scenarios:
If the notion of a credible buyer is released (as is necessary if such a situation arises), the share price will certainly jump, although how high will depend on whether a target price is disclosed.
If they announce that they are going to develop, and that a partner has been identified, the price will sky-rocket.
If they announce that they wish to develop and that a partner or funding is [still] needed, the price will drop. But if and when a partner or finding is found, it will sky-rocket.
Before we get there, however, we should get the revised METS.

SP just hasn't acknowledged the good news in the last 2 RNS releases. Very bizarre. You would have thought that the potential here would be transparent. But it's been hanging around the same pricing for ages.

“The Company knows of no reason or material event not yet disclosed to the market at this time to explain the increase”.
They HAVE disclosed quite a lot recently, including that they are looking at all strategic options, it doesn’t necessarily mean that there is nothing going on in the background prompting the buying activity. Even if nothing is formalised you the point further market disclosure is necessary.
That’s taking a positive spin on it, of course!
“In a timely manner” is a bit vague.
