I would think there are 3 main scenarios:
If the notion of a credible buyer is released (as is necessary if such a situation arises), the share price will certainly jump, although how high will depend on whether a target price is disclosed.
If they announce that they are going to develop, and that a partner has been identified, the price will sky-rocket.
If they announce that they wish to develop and that a partner or funding is [still] needed, the price will drop. But if and when a partner or finding is found, it will sky-rocket.
Before we get there, however, we should get the revised METS.
