I think the midpoint is just calculated from the Bid and Ask... much like the colours of trades.

On a serious note, from what I can find online, it's not permitted to back out of a trade once completed and pending settlement.
Anyone care to share why we see these? I can understand that some trades are reported late, but cancelling trades doesn't seem to be in the rules of the game...
