Fem - good move on VELA assuming you got in before this week - if I was in the blue on any of my AIM stocks I think I might have moved a chunk over there. Still massive potential there according to the broker forecast - however we all know what those broker forecasts are worth sometimes... :)))

Depends on your definition of north... but the buys are speaking for themselves and it doesn't look as though we are heading south - which is a very pleasant surprise!

Have to admit I had my finger on the Sell button at 07:59 thinking I could get out and buy in lower later today.... until they came back with an offer of 0.021... :)))
Heaven knows, the secret to success is patience and not succumbing to knee-jerk reactions. Which is kinda difficult on AIM.
Nice to see the volumes BUYS. Someone wasn't convinced by the MM manipulation.

MrNation - agree that it was interesting and reassuring that we had contractual safety net to offer shares instead of payment. Although what else is in the contract remains to be seen.
I think the BOD need to follow this one up with something positive pretty quickly so we know how this change of lender stance has on their short term operational status and also longer-term strategy. Did they have the full WHAT-IF scenario planned out (over and above the option to settle payments in shares).

Holstb - I think it's fair to assume when it was pointed to the idols of us (ie, me) out that the "Firth" of Forth may sound similar to the Moray "Firth", but isn't, all bets on deciphering the ownership of the phantom rigs was off... :))
As you say, Scotland has a few rigs hanging around and seeing one drive by doesn't mean it's ours!
Was fun whilst it lasted, though. Even as a tension-breaker.
