M2C - as pointed out before, Malcolm stepping down at 72 isn't exactly out of the realm of possibility. Certainly Timor not being plain-sailing might be a factor, I would agree, but I'm not sure it in itself speaks anything definitive about a resource's feasibility. Am sure he still owns stock. :)

If there is really trouble at mill, word would be out and there would be some real volumes exiting. And we aren't seeing that. Yet.
Not saying I'm blinded by positivity, but overall I feel more optimistic today than when D'man shared his list. Also rather curious as to what the next news update will include or focus on. There was a lot of strategic advancement over the summer (finally); have they really just downed tools and stopped all momentum? Can't believe they are just sitting around doing nothing.

I can assure you that there is an abundance of patience with this stock, albeit now wearing thin. Otherwise many would have left months/years ago!

Can only assume the price is being managed to allow someone to build a position.
Bara's independent report confirms that this is massively undervalued, however seemingly no one cares...
Try offering £10* notes for a knock-down price of £5. Am sure no-one would be interested either.

Back to EDL... what I find more frustrating is that they acknowledged the previous false starts, appeared to turn things around delivering on strategy and even stepping up their PR game for a while - not to mention bringing in Nick von Schirnding as an Independent Non-Executive Director - and then...

... an RNS saying all wasn’t quite going to plan.

And then nothing.

I wonder whether this is what Nick signed up for.

SoaS - I think the implication is that we should all be told... but that isn't the way the world works. Those with influence and or connections will always have an advantage, despite that not being fair. It's life. :)

GW - sad but true: we are always at the end of the info chain.
The only vaguely comforting point is that the SP hasn't tanked in recent months. We have been relatively steady, albeit unexciting. Those in the know would probably have jumped ship already if there was no light at the end of the tunnel.
I would also hope that ILTL are keen to take over and start making money on those contracts... this can't be helping them either.

Thanks Esquimo. I didn't realise that the Rukwa coalfields were split into three: Mkomolo, Namwele and Muze. So which of the remaining two are "The Northern site"?
Re Esquimo - I'm not questioning his credibility of reporting... only what he has been told. Great to have someone on the ground over there to provide some news to the BB - at least we get to know something about what is going on as EDL themselves have been utterly useless.
