Definitely long term. Am 50% but sorely tempted to bring my average down. Would do so more readily if we had just a bit of news flow to reassure us that the lights are on and inboxes being worked...

Shed, I would expect portfolio managers in the larger institutions will have their personal investments regulated/monitored (as most bankers do) and personal investment in potential future portfolio holdings would be somewhat frowned upon. Its a fine line between informed selection of an ISA portfolio and insider dealing... :))
