After questioning ii why after all this time my Zero value shares have been removed from my account, they have said that if they get any kind of notice of a relist they will reinstate them into my account. We will know either way by the end of September as Sammit has stated on the company website of talks all wrapped up by early Autumn. Just wish the scumbag would put us out of our misery so that at least we can off set the loses against tax.

And still no Q&A. Very strange. Even to not mention a delay or a new format via Twitter. Hopefully because they are putting final touches to a deal for 201. Also, with regards to a deal. If a Pharma puts in an offer, do the BoD have to put it to the share holders first or can they sign any kind of deal and then tell the share holders what they have accepted?

Would be nice to have an update on all fronts to be honest. Feels like ages since we have had any kind of progress reports.

Why don't you put that question to the Board for August's Q&A? you should get a response by December this year haha

Out of interest, in layman's terms, why is SARs MCAP so high? have they had a drug reach the market or something? Haven't really followed SAR, just always remember them being always roughly on par with Valirx for quite sometime.

Hi people. Unrelated to Val but thought id ask as it isn't a situation I have found myself in before. I had shares in a company called cloudtag. They delisted quite sometime ago and the shares have just sat in my account with zero value since. On the companies website they have released a report in April saying -The Company continues to advance commercial negotiations to release the value of its remote monitoring DaaP. In addition to this the Company is exploring a separate commercially advantageous option with unrelated third parties.

The Company anticipates concluding these ongoing processes by early autumn. It will update the market as soon as possible and thanks shareholders for their continued patience.

Now, out the blue I get a corporate action from Interactive Invest. that they deem the shares worthless and they have completely been removed from my account. What would happen if they did relist etc? thanks in advance for any advice.

I think its more the case that the questions are drying up or repetitive now. Hope you are right though Adam. I still think news will be like buses. Just need the first one to arrive.
