- The warrants are not exercisable for one year, which was included to demonstrate they believe we have long term growth potential, not just potential for one short term spike. It also incentivises them to help increase share price, not just market cap.

Time will tell. I agree, we now have a bottom and stability which is good, but feel if a deal was that close II and appointing this broker wouldn't be as important. I personally think its the start of heavy negotiations now. A deal will come, but I think its quite a bit further off than I was hoping. Hopefully proved totally wrong though OB haha.

so no deals anytime in the near future.

Why issue so many shares and not just pay the broker fees? Fees would be far far less or am i sleepily reading this wrong.

That is a crazy dilution and far far too many warrants issued at such a time. Deal obviously nowhere near. If the shares go up by, say 25p they make 1m odd? Given the broker a better deal that pyc if im reading that right? Disgraceful!
