I am extremely optimistic about this investment even though I’m currently under water with an average of 38p after initially buying in at 49p and subsequently averaging down. I believe Valirx have a major inflection point approaching. The Val 201 deal looks highly likely. That tells me Valirx have really credible science to back up the stage 2 trial. That gives me confidence Valirx will not only secure a sub licensing deal but also will in time secure the gigantic rewards of market approval. There is a market gap and Val 201 can fill this and do so with no side effects making it desirable.

My target ambition summary.

- We have a short term inflection point re the licensing deal. My expectation is a price that settles (it may spike higher) of between 65-80p. During this range I will top slice and keep the remaining for the steps below and into the long term (a free ride).

- beyond the TheoremRx led trial with success the SP would make many here very rich. It’s hard to predict at this early stage what it might reach and with other products delivering but on this alone - my target is £3 to £5 with 201 market approval. Probably more.

- other inflection points are 201 strands different to prostate cancer being taken on and developed. They benefit from TheoremRx success. Again all adding high value.

- 301 & 401. With one partnering success the numbers would be similar to 201 above.

- I also think the company will become profitable with its new pre clinical strategy - where it will identify cheap products and sell / sub licence to partners for the next stage. No more lengthy and costly trials. Cash generative and quick wins with potential long term substantial royalties and milestone payments.

It does feel like this company is about to reach new highs.

They certainly are going to the wire with it though! It just doesn't help when Suzy says statements such as 'absolute long stop'. All will be revealed in less than 2 weeks, so not long to wait. Just hope its well worth the absolute long stop wait.

Thought i would try my luck the other day and asked Suzy via email, what it be herself, Kevin and Mark hosting the next Q&A or would there be a representative of TheoremRx present. She responded ‘We dont even know where we will be hosting it as of yet, all details will be released prior to the Q&A’…….So not a simple ‘no’ then! Hmmm

Currently operating as a virtual Biotech Company, ValiRx out-sources all testing of current evaluation and pre-clinical projects to a wide range of external contract research organisations (CROs). The Company is of the view that this fragmented approach to early-stage drug development is non-optimal and is assessing options to acquire capabilities and infrastructure to create a more efficient and effective translational drug development service. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary company, the prospective integrated services entity would be used for both in-house projects and offered to third parties, such as the increasing number of innovative biotechnology companies. The revenue generated from providing pre-clinical development services would enable continued investment in advanced testing and analysis technology and support the progression of ValiRx in-house pipeline projects.

Is it possible they are looking at some sort of collaboration or making an offer for PYC?

I can see 27-28p by the end of the day if it follows normal sp trends. Lull at lunch and then a rise into the afternoon from 3pm onwards. Should be in the 40s before news anyway. Madness at this price for everything we have. Another cheeky top up at these bargain basement prices. Cant get any under 24.9p though!

Great point PM. Suzy has been very clear that she wants investors and not traders for the future of the company, so highlighting all that is going on with the company just before she knows the deal for 201 is about to drop to try and deter people from bailing on a spike. Good point indeed PM. Good times ahead.

Cheeky top up. Suzy said she isnt expecting any delays. That's good enough for me. Fingers crossed we are days away of getting our first ever deal. Game changing.

Does make me smile when this is on the company website - ValiSeek is ValiRx's Joint Venture Company, formed with Tangent Reprofiling Limited (a SEEK group company) in 2014 with the purpose of rapidly progressing VAL401 through development. ValiRx currently holds 55% of ValiSeek.

'Rapidly' progressing? Literally haven't heard a thing about it for ages and ages. Have they been raising the funds for 2 years now with no news or progress updates what so ever.
